The location of the hotel was good for access to Nakasu, Hakata, and Tenjin, and the room was tidy.
It was not the hotel's problem, but Trip.com did not provide the hotel check-in ID, so there was difficulty in the unmanned hotel check-in process.
A Korean-speaking employee responded remotely, but communication was difficult due to communication problems.
Trip.com needs communication between us and the hotel.

到入住時間飯店沒給入住訊息，跟Trip聯絡被告知晚上21點前都有櫃檯，此飯店有一間博多館和福岡館，自駕輸入入住憑證的電話號碼導航是20:20到達福岡館，發現飯店給錯訊息再開車5分鐘到博多館，到達博多館大門鎖住櫃檯沒人，，也沒給大門密碼，再請Trip聯絡，到21：10分才進房☹️，訂4人房網站照片寬敞還有沙發，結果是小到18吋的行李箱都打不開，行李箱要放到床上才打的開，牙刷浴巾備品都只給2人，再請Trip聯絡，最後是Trip補償 300台幣讓我們自己去買😔😔

I staying here for 4 nights and overall found Grand Base Hakata City quite comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. The beds I found comfortable. The check in process easy. And the access codes also easy. A 7-11 is 100m away. The room was also very clean.
