Great location, but not many places for late-night snacks. It's self-service for check-in and check-out, and you need to contact them via iPad for towels and water.

The apartment had three beds in total: one sofa bed and two futon beds (which you lay out yourself). It comfortably slept our group of four adults and three children. The in-unit washer-dryer and dishes were very convenient. The location is excellent, right by the "Kushida Shrine Mae" subway exit, with an elevator at Exit 6. There's also a 24-hour supermarket nearby where you can buy seasonal fruits (peaches/melons in mid-July). Even though we only stayed for two nights, they still came to clean the room and change the trash (which requires sorting). The only minor issue was the self-check-in process took a bit of time to figure out, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

가족과 함께 머물 다인실을 찾다가 발견한 호텔입니다. 무인 체크인 방식이라 처음에는 조금 걱정했는데, 실제 이용해보니 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 특히 마지막 날 체크아웃 후 캐리어를 보관할 수 있는 시스템도 잘 되어 있어 편리했습니다. 객실은 생각보다 넓고 청결했으며, 소파도 더블베드 형태로 사용할 수 있어 가족이 함께 머물기에도 공간이 넉넉했습니다. 어린아이들이 맨발로 다녀도 걱정되지 않을 만큼 바닥과 객실 관리 상태도 깨끗했습니다. 위치도 큰 장점입니다. 걸어서 2분 정도면 MaxValu가 있어 간단한 장을 보거나 필요한 물건을 사기 좋고, 길을 건너면 캐널시티가 가까워 쇼핑이나 식사하기에도 편했습니다. 주변에 식당과 맛집도 많아 멀리 이동하지 않고 식사를 해결하기 좋았습니다. 조금만 걸어 내려가면 줄을 많이 서는 FUK COFFEE도 있어서, 숙소가 가까운 덕분에 비교적 한산한 시간을 골라 다녀올 수 있었던 것도 의외의 장점이었습니다. 아이들과 여행하다 보면 관광지와의 거리만큼 편의점이나 마트, 식당을 얼마나 쉽게 이용할 수 있는지도 중요한데 그런 면에서 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 객실 크기와 청결도, 주변 편의시설, 쇼핑과 식사까지 전체적으로 균형이 좋았고, 특히 여러 명이 함께하는 가족 단위 후쿠오카 여행이라면 다시 선택할 의향이 있는 숙소입니다.
