The room was very clean and spacious, which was great. My friends and I had a fantastic stay! We'd love to come back if we get the chance.

I'm writing an honest review. **Location**: It's right behind the Ichiran Ramen main branch, about a 3-minute walk away. Please note, this is an unmanned hotel, so there's no front desk service. The room itself is quite clean. The shower and toilet are separate, and there's no bathtub. The room has bunk beds. The bottom bunk is a double bed, and the top bunk is a single. However, the ladder rungs for the top bunk are *extremely* narrow, so you'll have to endure some discomfort on your feet when climbing up and down. Personally, I find it incredibly hard to understand why they designed the ladder rungs for the top bunk so narrow that they hurt your feet when you use them – it just doesn't make sense to me. The heating system is a hot air blower. The temperature is comfortable for the person sleeping on the top bunk, but the person on the bottom bunk will likely feel quite cold. Please keep this in mind; the heat doesn't really reach the lower level. **Cons**: * The ladder rungs are too narrow, causing foot pain when climbing up and down. * The heating doesn't reach the lower bunk (so it's cold). * No bathtub (which is common in Japan, so this is a noticeable omission). * No reception desk (it's completely unmanned). **Pros**: * The room is clean. * It's close to Ichiran Ramen.

It was conveniently located near Tenjin, and both the Kawabata shopping arcade and Canal City were within walking distance. The bunk beds were a favorite of my kids, and the new building was clean. However, I checked in beforehand, but upon arrival, I had to re-enter my occupation and passport number, which was a hassle. After pressing the final confirmation button, I kept getting an error message, which took over 10 minutes, and I was in a sweat.

The family room was well-appointed, but it felt cramped and stuffy. The room temperature was controlled with a heater, but it was extremely dry. There was a lot of dust everywhere, suggesting it wasn't cleaned well. The location wasn't too far from the city center.

1. We booked two rooms for five people on our first family trip abroad. 2. We were assigned rooms 501 and 601. 3. We used the room for the first day, and when we returned from sightseeing, it wasn't cleaned and there were no towels. I paid about 2 million won for three nights and four days, and this is the first time I've ever seen a lodging company that didn't provide towels. > I called right away, and they only spoke Japanese and didn't speak English. 4. They translated it into Japanese and told me there were no towels, so I told them to wash them in the washing machine or else they'd charge me 1,000 yen. ㅋ I accepted that for now, but then they said there were no washing machines in rooms 501 and 601. ㅋ I sent them another email using a translator, asking where they were. 5. After repeating this twice, they finally apologized. They claimed it was a mistake and gave us a bundle of towels, about 20 liters, equivalent to the standard 20-liter towel fee. I was really nervous about sending emails while sightseeing, and this was the first time they'd asked me to wash and pay for towels. The subway wasn't too far away, but the overall service was so poor that I wouldn't go there again. 5.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station Exit 2 with a suitcase. There's a convenience store nearby, as well as several food stalls open late, so finding a place to eat wasn't a problem. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Tenjin, just across the bridge. Regarding self-check-in, they sent me several emails in advance, so it wasn't a hassle. The room didn't have a key, so I just punched in a number, which was a nice touch: I didn't have to carry a key around.

The pipes on the bunk beds were a pain. Other than that it was fine.
