As hotel prices have soared recently, I found a great plan for One Harmony members at a pinpoint. Along with national travel support, it was a price that has not been possible in recent years. The amenities are as substantial as before, with USB chargers and extension cords, and the complementary USB outlets that are commonplace in recent business hotels are also firmly available. Breakfast was a half buffet for a while, but this time the full buffet was revived and a sufficient number of items were prepared. Overall, I felt like I finally returned to front of Corona. Ritz Carlton will open in June, but the real pleasure of Ritz is the club lounge. I'm not saying that, but I would like you to make a club floor if you have the opportunity to renovate next time.

I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

Since it is a New Otani brand, I had some expectations, but unfortunately it was crushed. Stayed alone in a twin type with breakfast for business use. The room was large enough and clean and the amenities were substantial. It is undeniable that it is old, but some of the water and closets have been renewed, and the air conditioning was good without any discomfort. However, the bed mattress is cheap, or it is not comfortable to sleep in. I felt that there were more high-quality things that were more particular about the new business hotels in the surrounding area. I was greatly disappointed with that point. The breakfast of Western buffet was very small and I was really disappointed. * The point that you can order the dishes and the taste are generally passing points, but the fact that the variety is too small is surprising and stunned. Conclusion, bird, soft, and price are not chosen. I would like to stay again if it is much cheaper, but I am positively pear. Birds cannot be easily improved due to budget problems, but staff education should be as much as possible. Oh my, I didn't take a picture of the inside of the accommodation.. haha Anyway! It was a trip for 3 people and I thought it would be better if we each had a bed. After searching diligently, I found Ann Hotel! It was exactly the same as what you saw in the picture. Clean and modern..~! I took a taxi from the airport and it didn't take long. It wasn’t bad for walking to popular places nearby! I was assigned the 9th floor, the view was nice and the staff were all friendly. However, it may be due to lack of communication between employees. They said they would clean the room one day during my 3-night stay, but they didn't do it. I asked right away and they said there was a mistake. They provided a separate towel. Anyway, that part was disappointing ㅠㅠ! Still, it was good!

This is my 2nd visit since 2015, and the ryokan still impressed me after all these years. Most of the points I raised in my previous post still valid, so I'll just supplement it from there. This time round, I had an even earlier flight, so I didn't go with their meal option, but even though you book a room without meal, I guess you can request for a breakfast for 525 Yen upon arrival, which I feel is worthwhile. In my opinion, the ryokan location is superb than even Hakata station, at least I don't have to squeeze past the crowd to get to the subway platform. It's just 2 mins walk from Gion subway exit 2 (no lift nor escalator) anyway, and is within short walk from Kushida Shrine and Nakasu-Kawabata Shopping Alley, there are also many eateries across the main street which opens as early as 5am and close after midnight. There is also a convenient store a stone throw away. I actually only met the host once upon checking-in, literally speaking, it's less of a minshuku and really more like a hotel, privacy well preserved. But most of the time, the only 'receptionist' is the owners' dog. LOL! Don't worry, it doesn't bark nor bite. I was allocated a room on level 2, with toilet and washing point just outside, but I needed to proceed downstair for bath. This time round, there are no queue for bath room, and I thought I heard the host went in after I left to clean up the bath room, just so the next one using can have a good bathing experience, even though I consider myself having very good bathing ethics, showering before dipping inside the bath tub. The water in the large bath tub is hot, but user can turn on the running tap to cool it down before bathing. Shampoo, soap, and towel are all provided inside the bathroom. Toothbrushes, if required, can self-obtained from the lobby, along with the many discount coupons and travel brochures. There is also 1 coin laundry available. If anything, take note that lightings are sensor controlled, so do not be alarmed when you brush you teeth half way and then the lights dim off, just shake your body a little bit, and it will be back on. Just like my previous stay, I would love to stay here again if I return to Hakata.

The entrance is locked and you can't enter it first if you don't cross the interphone. I remember the customer's face and speak to you. Annie's favorite company, an air conditioning system using a radiation panel. The air conditioning temperature was just good with a setting of 2.3 degrees higher than usual. I didn't know if the room was not dry. The inside of the room is simple with diatomite or bamboo collection materials. It was good to have a towel made of bamboo or indeed water absorption. It seems that there is a sticky thing in the shower bed, and it was rare that the water or shampoo was good, and the hair kept moist. The coffee and green tea put in the water of the PET bottle were smooth and delicious. I wanted a little more water than sake. I chose Japanese food for breakfast. Brown rice onigiri and soybean vinegar pickles, pickles, dry miso soup and simple. In terms of facilities, the mirror of the bath was cloudy immediately, and the ventilation fan was weak, and the voice next to it was heard. In summary, I recommend it to those who want to experience these concerns and Ｆ CON.

A Great place to stay if you're in Fukuoka for a short visit, or even longer. If the prices remain within a sensible range I will choose to return here. The positives: • location is a short walk from Gion station, Nakasu, Kushida/Shinto shrine, Tochoji Temple and has plenty of resturants in the area to choose from. • the rooms are well cleaned before checkin, the beds are very comfortable (small double beds) and the sheets clean. • Good water pressure and reliable hot running water. • Good quality body wash and shampoo/conditioner • Free coffee available 7am to 8pm, washing facilities onsite and a basic breakfast option offored. • Good soundproofing. The negatives: • 4pm checkin, but this seems normal for Japan. • There is a luggage storage area with some locks provided but I personally dont feel this is very safe should someone choose to act (there are security cameras in public areas covering the luggage storage) • No room cleaning service, an additional 3000Y charge if requested. • The rooms are equiped with tablets for services such as checking out, the cameras should probably have locks/covers provided.

There was an event in Manmesse Fukuoka, so we used it for １ nights. It is within walking distance from kimono town and Nakasu Kawabata. ＊ There is also a bus to the Marine Messe. The room is a standard double room. There is a washbasin as soon as you enter the room. The room amenities are shampoo conditioner body soap. Other necessary amenities can be selected on the first floor. There is no bathtub, only a shower booth, but it is easy to use because the location of the shower can be moved. There is a USB charging port around the bed, so there is enough gadget charging. The bed was large 々 in a double bed. Because it is a new hotel, the building is beautiful and it smelled good every time I returned to the hotel! There are also famous hotels around convenience stores and chocolates, so it was a hotel that I wanted to stay more than １ nights.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel rooms are nice, but quiet small. Their staffs are good and Manoj is excellent. Our group has 2 seniors and one of them had stroke in the morning 4am as we had a flight at 8am. Manoj was waiting to help us called a taxi as we spoke last night, so he helped out calling an ambulance, offering helps that we didn't expect. He is deserved recognitions. Thank you again Manoj! We would recommend this hotel. It is in night live area so you can stay up late. Also you will feel safe because good staff will take care you well.

There is a kitchen, so it is good for families with children. It is located in the middle of Tenjin and Hakata, 10 minutes by bus and 3 to 5 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket nearby, so it's good to cook. There are also restaurants nearby. However, between Tenjin and Hakata, you need to walk for about 15 minutes or use the bus for 10 minutes. It was spacious and comfortable, and it was nice to have a washing machine. However, the utensils seem to need replacement. (Frying pans, cups, etc.) There are no basic sauces (salt, oil). But all in all, it's the perfect place for a quirky family to stay.
