The family has been traveling for quite some time Can't explain but feel bad about this hotel It may be because the instructions in front of the gate are not clear, even if you know the password, you have to touch it for several minutes. Not being able to find any traditional ryokan in the city of Fukuoka/Hakata, we booked a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment in Hakata. The place was very clean and comfortable, and even came with a washing machine (which we didn't need to use). Other than no closets or dressers, the apartment served us very well; it was spacious (much more so than the typical apartment that one rents in Japan), and was conveniently located to the main street that led to Hakata JR Station. Access to the building was controlled by an entry code keypad, so there was that level of added security. Highly recommended.

There is a kitchen, so it is good for families with children. It is located in the middle of Tenjin and Hakata, 10 minutes by bus and 3 to 5 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket nearby, so it's good to cook. There are also restaurants nearby. However, between Tenjin and Hakata, you need to walk for about 15 minutes or use the bus for 10 minutes. It was spacious and comfortable, and it was nice to have a washing machine. However, the utensils seem to need replacement. (Frying pans, cups, etc.) There are no basic sauces (salt, oil). But all in all, it's the perfect place for a quirky family to stay.

It was a great stay! The hotel takes about 12 minutes to walk from JR Fukuoka Station; the English of the counter staff is very good and very kind; the room space is very comfortable, the family of four is not crowded, and the room in the photo is exactly the same, there is no difference.

The location of the hotel was good for access to Nakasu, Hakata, and Tenjin, and the room was tidy. It was not the hotel's problem, but Trip.com did not provide the hotel check-in ID, so there was difficulty in the unmanned hotel check-in process. A Korean-speaking employee responded remotely, but communication was difficult due to communication problems. Trip.com needs communication between us and the hotel.
