As hotel prices have soared recently, I found a great plan for One Harmony members at a pinpoint. Along with national travel support, it was a price that has not been possible in recent years. The amenities are as substantial as before, with USB chargers and extension cords, and the complementary USB outlets that are commonplace in recent business hotels are also firmly available. Breakfast was a half buffet for a while, but this time the full buffet was revived and a sufficient number of items were prepared. Overall, I felt like I finally returned to front of Corona. Ritz Carlton will open in June, but the real pleasure of Ritz is the club lounge. I'm not saying that, but I would like you to make a club floor if you have the opportunity to renovate next time.

I've been to Fukuoka multiple times and previously stayed at other establishments that simply cannot match the Ritz. Got a king room for my honeymoon. Really appreciate Sanjay and rest of staff making us feel very appreciated from check-in until departure. The level of attentiveness was impressive, and people here speak good English. Location is quite good, close to metro/bus stops, Ohori park,and plenty of eateries/shopping/yatai's. Room is as modern as you'd expect. Bed and bathroom are very comfortable - other hotels are going to struggle to match this level of sophistication. I really appreciated the amount of space vs the typical Japanese hotel. Great amount of amenities. Minor suggestions for improvement - in-room snacks - we got the impression that several of the snacks were complimentary. After we checked out, we discovered that they were not, an unpleasant surprise. Some better communication here would be valuable. Late check out - as an Elite member at check-in we were told that late check out would be offered. However, on the day of I discovered that I still had to call to ask for late check out, and then I had to wait a bit until they called back to confirm. The small details matter in delivering a flawless experience. Still, these are relatively minor things and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. On our next stay to lovely Fukuoka we'd definitely only stay here. Book it, you won't regret it.

Since it is a New Otani brand, I had some expectations, but unfortunately it was crushed. Stayed alone in a twin type with breakfast for business use. The room was large enough and clean and the amenities were substantial. It is undeniable that it is old, but some of the water and closets have been renewed, and the air conditioning was good without any discomfort. However, the bed mattress is cheap, or it is not comfortable to sleep in. I felt that there were more high-quality things that were more particular about the new business hotels in the surrounding area. I was greatly disappointed with that point. The breakfast of Western buffet was very small and I was really disappointed. * The point that you can order the dishes and the taste are generally passing points, but the fact that the variety is too small is surprising and stunned. The staff at the breakfast venue were dull and vacant, but it felt like a flow work. I couldn't feel any dust in the consciousness of carrying the hotel sign on my back. The cleaning staff stopped firmly and greeted each other, but it looked far away and the staff was arrogant and rough and made me feel sick. As for this, I feel that the new business hotels around me are more educated. The front staff 々 seemed busy, but it was crisp and there was no discomfort, but on the other hand, I didn't feel warm. Conclusion, bird, soft, and price are not chosen. I would like to stay again if it is much cheaper, but I am positively pear. Birds cannot be easily improved due to budget problems, but staff education should be as much as possible. When I noticed, I was overtaken by the surrounding competing hotels and the hotels of the rank that were not competing, and such a future is close.

I like old fashion hotels, but this one just feels old. Room was extremely basic, restroom ugly, and pillows uncomfortable. Japanese breakfast was elegant but hard to digests. The buffet breakfast had some options, but still limited. But the worst part is that you need to pay extra usd 22 to use a small gym! I wish I knew earlier… I won’t stay here again. Location is convenient though just walking distance from the station.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, but I was very satisfied because the cleaning and room condition were better than I thought. First of all, the advantage is 1. Room condition Most of the Japanese accommodations were worried because the rooms were small, but despite the fact that there were two beds, I was able to arrange my luggage by spreading two large suitcases. It was really nice to prepare in the morning because each toilet was separate. When my boyfriend shaved in the sink, I was comfortable with a toilet or shower. Two beds were separated, but the bottom of the bed was wheeled, so I could move the bed alone! We put two beds on the wall and we used the floor a little wider. It's a convenience store food in Japan! There are microwave ovens, vending machines and washing machines on the 1st and 2nd floors of the hotel, so when I came into the hotel for 3 days, I definitely stopped by the convenience store next to me and bought a late-night snack. Location It was a great location for our couple who had a schedule around Tenjin. I can go anywhere within 10 minutes on foot, so after the day's schedule, I came into the hotel and took a rest. After coming out at dawn, I went shopping comfortably when there was no line at the nearby Donkey Hotel. ㅎㅎㅎ Tenjin Station, Nakasu Food Street, It was so nice that the city, including Canal City, Don Quixote, convenience stores, and Ichiran Ramen, all within 10 minutes walk. 3. You have to bring your room key to the security elevator to get on, and at 12 p.m., the automatic door, which is the entrance door of the hotel, is also open only by taking a room key! I was worried that there was no resident staff at the front desk, but I didn't have to worry. 4. It was nice to have a separate smoking space in the parking lot on the first floor of the smoking hotel 5. There seemed to be no toilet bowl and toilet bowl, but one side of the bar table had a square gap, so when I opened it, there was a mirror, a space to store cosmetics inside, and even lights on both sides of the mirror. the bad point was the soundproof, I could hear people talking all them full conversation. When they were in the bathroom I could hear everything even fart. Also mornings and nights I heard people making out. That was kind of terrible... so if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend at all.

The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the sybway ( Nakasuka Wabata exit#3 ). It is also in very close proximity to Tenjin station for train out ( such as Dazaifu and Yanagawa ) and shopping / eating. The hotel itself have very good rooms - in Japanese standard. You can collect any amenities you like on the ground floor near the reception. Reception was smooth - even they do NOT speak English ( later on 1 of the night shifts there was foreigner shift manager that helped much with his fluent English ). Wifi - good Breakfast - great!!!! but tend to be same every day of our 4 nights stay. Only 1 negative - we booked corner room that overview the water - this have NO soundproof window and we had to change the room. Pillow too much hard. Pls. note that in Japan - Double bed is hardly good for 1.... Queen bed is ok for 2.... King bed is best..

I went out for breakfast and came back around 1020, I found out my room door , along with several other rooms were opened , house keeping staff have started cleaning , despite my DND sign was on the door and before check out time. My suitcases and everything were still in the room and the door was open for “group cleaning”. I was quite upset , front desk called to apologise but still it was not pleasant.

I stayed at １ to take the qualification test. It was located near Nakasu Kawabata Subway Station and was conveniently located near Hakata Riverain. The weather was fine on the day of the test, and I passed through the side of Across Fukuoka to Tenjin at the test venue and arrived in about 15 minutes on foot. In order to prevent the new corona, the amenities were selected next to the front desk, and the cup in the room was a paper cup, but considering it as an infection control measure due to the corona virus, this is one of the methods considered. I thought, and I liked it. I was happy that the shampoo in the bath was my favorite POLA product. The room was calm, on the side that did not face the big street on the ５ floor, and I didn't mind the noise, so I took a rest. Breakfast was a room meal as a measure against corona, and I was sorry that the hotel brought it to the room. It was a form of eating from the bread or miscellaneous rice choice the day before, and it was delicious and balanced breakfast than expected. Alcohol disinfectants are placed in various places, and I have the impression that consideration is given to measures against the new corona infection, and I would like to use it if I have another chance. Thank you to all the staff.

I’m finishing a five night stay at the Comfort Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin. This is my third Comfort Hotel this year, and all have been similarly reliably comfortable budget hotels. The Fukuoka Tenjin version I chose because of its proximity to the places I needed to go. Tenjin is a busy area with plenty of nighttime activities to keep people busy. The hotel is on a busy road and there is noise if your room is on the front side. The dark pull down shade is great at blocking the morning sunshine for late sleepers. I slept well in spite of outside noise. I’m sure rooms facing north are quiet, but the sunshine is on the front side. The room is comfortable for soli travelers. For couples it may be ok, but For me, alone, it was fine. The bathroom is spacious for budget Japanese hotels, not the typical unit bath, and the rain forest showerhead and body spray functions are nice. For the cost, this hotel is a bargain. Tons of restaurants nearby, including 24 hour udon across the street. Mitsukoshi and Daimaru department stores a couple blocks away, and the subway 100 meters away. Easy access by subway from the airport, with no train changes. I like this hotel and its location. If I’m back in Fukuoka again, this hotel will be my first choice.
