Wonderful place! We were excited with a view of Fujisan, atmosphere of the ryokan, traditional Japanese style dinner, an ofuro in the room. Service was perfect. There’s a lovely garden, beautiful and quiet. Also visited a drum show and it was really cool, highly recommended! And the bingo game was very funny. So it was a really excellent experience. Thank you a lot!

AMAZING stay, totally worth the price. Kaiseki style dinner was delicious. So fun to taste so many local wines in lounge. And overall, having the room with direct Fuji view from private onsen was a dream!! Cannot wait to come back someday. All staff were lovely, especially our servers.

The actual environment not really like my prefer. It is very disappointing does not see the Fuji mountain in premium spa room due to the cloudy weather. And the price as well as the food also is not match as my expectations.

Beautiful Ryokan with private onsen overlooking Fuji-San. Love the impeccable service and the amenities we can use. A walk in the garden is certainly recommended and look for the Fuji-San Vantage Point

It was a perfect stay at Bessho Sasa my family and I really appreciated the superb service the staff provided my family (I travelled with my 88-year old mum so we had quite a lot of needs) with. I had left some items in the room and they promptly had it couriered to me in Tokyo. The dinners each night were very well prepared, each day was fun-filled with so many activities. The Taiko show was done so professionally I was surprised that the drummers were all staff of the resort!! I would love to re-visit the resort again some day.
