Very clean and nice hostel we took one room which had four beds. Check in is done entirely online and the hostel provides all info that you need to check in so there is no physical interaction when you reach the hostel. The best thing about the hotel is the view of Mount Fuji from the rooftop Terrace. It looks like it is the only rooftop terrace in the area so you get a unique vantage point. The hostel is a quick walk from Mount Fuji station. Very happy with our stay.

Trapped in Mount Fuji due to heavy snow, I stayed temporarily for one night. The heater was good, but check-in was too troublesome. There was no on-site staff, so I had to rely on emails.

I took two elderly people and children with me, and it took me nearly two hours to get it right. I didn’t receive any reminders from the B&B host and trip before I checked in. I needed to submit a passport and other information in advance to receive the room number and password. There was no contact information on WeChat or whatsapp and line. It was a very poor experience at a B&B! The owner of the homestay is very poor in providing after-sales service. I sincerely suggest that everyone do not rent it!

I stayed for a live show. Check-in and check-out were non-face-to-face, so it was very convenient.
Even though I checked in late, I was able to use the hotel with peace of mind.
The basic amenities were also good.
