The hotel is a little bit too old. If your requirements are high, just choose a more expensive hotel. It’s fine to stay because I only stay one night. And the staffs are so nice.

Here is old hotel but everything is looks neat and comfortable. Great customer services and great view too. Especially it have own hot spring for it own guests.

It takes 5 min ride fm Kawaguchiko station to hotel, the hotel provides free shuttle with the given time table.
The location is perfect, breakfast is wonderful. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful.
We could see MT Fuji on the observatory desk or onsen, excellent!!

A very traditional hotel which you can feel theJapanese atmosphere, you can also see the ant Fuji from the onsen on top floor of the weather is good.

This place is so nice and it my first time go to Mt Fuji. The hotel is nice and beautiful… love the morning and night view… the weather is cold and breezing … the services is good and I like the people there … the place is not as buzy as city… it’s a relaxing place to stay … wish that I could stay few more day … will definitely come back again 🥰🥰
