The location is close to the station and staff were polite and helpful at check-in. The room was quite large but also dated with signs of wear and tear Unfortunately we could not see Mt Fuji due to almost constant cloud cover. .

Close to Fuji Station and quiet, so I was able to rest well. The hotel is a bit old and there was a slight smoke smell, but it wasn't an issue for me!

Situated close to the station, it’s perfectly decent for a night or so. Friendly staff. It could do with a bit of a renovation and spruce up and then it would be close to perfect!

The location is good for viewing the Mt Fuji on a clear day. Very near to Fuji train station.It is a very quiet area. However quite a number of restaurants nearby.Overall the price is reasonable for a simple hotel.

It's a room-only stay. Since it was winter, there was no beer garden, and it seemed like no meals were offered either. There appeared to be several bar-like places nearby. It's a standard business hotel. The front desk staff were very nice.

The air conditioning unit, or perhaps the exhaust, was located in the bathroom rather than outside. As a result, turning on the AC filled the room with a toilet odor. I was stuck between being cold with it off and enduring the smell with it on, so I barely slept. I had somewhat prepared for the place being old, but the terrible smell was just too much to handle.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Good morning. I will be reporting this to Rakuten Travel and Jalan. The room at Fuji Green Hotel looked nothing like the pictures. The heater was broken, the carpet was full of nasty stains, and there were long cobwebs by the inside of the window curtains. There's no point in lying about this, and I'm not even asking for a refund. I've already checked out. P.S. This was room 315. Everyone, if you stay there, you'll understand immediately. Please stay there yourself before you make any repairs. 🙇‍♀️
