一進房間一股黴味，衞生間馬桶比較臟，晚上比較熱想開下空調結果打不開，想用座機電話通知一下結果衹是個擺設，到樓下通知前台，告知現在空調總機關了，還問我現在什麼季節？衹能開通風。晚上洗澡發現洗髮水也快沒了，不看還好，一看不得了，都過期快1年的東西，通知前台，一點都不當回事，叫保安帶我去別的房間拿了一瓶，至於為什麼是別的房間不是倉庫咱也不知道，第一次住這麼無語的'酒店'

十多年的差旅生活，這是至今為止最差的一次入住體驗，這麼大的酒店居然沒有蚊香。
幾乎一晚上沒睡，半夜實在被蚊子咬的受不了找前台要蚊香，居然答覆沒有，讓我把窗户關上，我想知道，蚊子已經在房間裏了，我關窗户蚊子就不在了嗎？
體驗感極差！！！

中途在福鼎休整一晚。房間很寬敞，衞生也不錯喔，服務也很好，兒子電話手錶落再酒店，及時幫我們找回並快遞回來，旁邊有個大超市，吃飯也很方便。
