Minor things found at other similar spa hotels No tea or coffee facilities in the room, Spa entrance wasn't included as part of your paid stay and was extra to pay on arrival. Room wasn't particularly warm and radiator didn't seem to work very well compared to the rest of the hotel. Evening menu was limited with no diet or healthy options. No shuttle bus to and from the airport for an extra cost.

We stayed here for the second time in 2023 and we are definitely planning on going back. We love that we can spend the morning getting a nice breakfast, going out and exploring the great nature around the hotel, and coming back in the evening and enjoying a visit to the spa before having a very nice dinner in the resturant. The general atmosphere of the hotel is great and relaxed. The staff is very nice and speaks english without much problems.

Comfortable bed, nicely updated room and helpful staff. The hotel has a great view out onto lake Storsjön, convenient to the airport but a bit of a drive outside central Östersund city if that is your main destination. The breakfast was of good quality with many options.

We was in the Hotel for only one night. But it was the best hotel on our schwedisch tour. We had an dog with us. You will get an dogbed, some bowls for drinking and poopbags. Very lovely we recommend it.

Good food, good drinks, good service and a very relaxing spa experience! Recommended! Also The communications from the hotel was very informative. There har been a fire in the kitchen the weekend before our stay, but the measures taken with an improvised restaurant in the lobby was totally fine. Excellent service from the staff! We will be back!

perfect airport hotel - nice interior - friendly staff - excellent breakfast - lots of information available Ideal place to arrive in Ostersund and prepare for further traveling. Well organized to arrive late and leave early.
