The hotel was extremely busy, and the lobby looked disheveled and the floor was dirty. However, the service was wonderful. And our hotel room was comfy and clean.

I usually like staying at this hotel but this time I got a room where the bathroom shower was worn down and old. The bed linens and towels need to be replaced. Some towels were stained. I did like the space the room provided. I also liked the breakfast.
I guess the rooms are hit and miss.

Didn’t get his name but the guy at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help. Staff overall was very nice. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Most definitely would stay here again.

I had a horrible experience. The room I booked was not available. They gave me another room and the toilet was broke. I left a day because my experience was so bad it ruined my daughter’s graduation vacation.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay here again in the future! It was clean, breakfast was good, staff was nice. I used the gym one morning - very nice! Beds could be a little more comfy and pillows a little more firm, but that's just personal preference.

I had a large suite reserved. One of the last few, when I arrived they downgraded me. Then they kept my hold charge that was supposed to fall off. Parking was overly packed. This is not a 4 star hotel and I will not be returning.

Very clean, nice property. Good breakfast. Night shift manager was extremely nice and helpful. Had to request the pack and play three separate times before finally receiving it.

Great hotel with nice staff. I didn't like the fact that i wasn't told ahead of time that parking wasn't included in the price and that they placed it on my card when they were holding the deposit. That was a little sketch.
