The staff are very friendly and polite. The hotel is spotless the room I had was spacious and clean . Plenty of parking and very fast Internet connection. Hopefully I will be able to stay in this delightful hotel again. Well done all staff. Keep up the great work 👍

Upon arrival we met Sayed who straight away we could tell this is a man who is passionate about his job, we went up to our room which was spotless and very comfortable, I absolutely love the old feel and look about the place its got beautiful settings, on our second night we came back from a wedding and again Sayed was one duty along with Luke they both went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was comfortable I actually can't believe this is only a 3 star hotel from my experience and the service here especially from Sayed I would give it a 5 star hands down. Experience is everything

Distinctly old fashioned hotel but well maintained with large clean rooms and comfortable beds. The powerful air conditioning in the rooms is a definite benefit at this time of year. Nice bar with basic pub style food (have not tried the resteurant) and good quality self-service breakfast. It is a pity that the pool and fitness centre is closed currently.

Unfortunately this place is run as a joke. Maximum prices for minimum cheap services. Its all part of the Bob Potter experience. Every aspect was made to feel cheap and cheerful from check i to check out.
