Nice quiet hotel even though close to airport. Good breakfast included. Only complaint were comforters to heavy and hot. Mattress and pillows good.

My experience was positive, the room looked and smelled clean. I like how modern the room looked. Loved the size and how comfortable the bed was. Second best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, and definitely the best I’ve had for that price on the room. I would recommend it to anyone.

I was unable to start up ac unit, we were unaware of needing the key card to use ac unit. Explain to me the following morning.

Quick trip with my girls to visit mom/grandma. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Had a small snafu trying to get checked in and their credit card not reading my card, so they scanned it 3 times, putting 3 holds on my card, but it is what it is. They eventually dropped off after my stay was over.

There was a lot of banging from one of the rooms above mine. I realize this isnt controllable by the property and soundproofing after construction is a challenge but if its possible to quiet upper floors or better isolate lower ones that would be great. Staff did ask if i was OK with first floor, but at the time i assumed inter-floor noise wouldnt be an issue for a hotel next to an airport. I did find noise reduction for the door and windows to be ourstanding compared to other "soundproof" hotels. The room itself was very clean and well maintained. Staff were extremely polite.
