Rooms were spacious,, clean and well kept. More TV choices than I've ever seen. Breakfast was really good. The breakfast attendant paid close attention to keeping the area supplied. checkout was fast and easy

Breakfast was great, super clean room, pool was a little milky looking and the check out staff wasn't the friendliest. I'd definitely stay there again while in town.

We booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed for myself, my husband and 16 year old daughter. First there was no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Had to go down and get some. Then when we pulled out the sofa bed, it already had a used sheet on it that was filled with popcorn. Next, we discovered the shadow of what looked like a dead rodent in th roof of the elevator. We only had two towels. Then to top it off, everytime we left our room, we could not get back in. We'd have to go all the way back to the front desk to get out key fixed. Litterally everytime we left. We ended up checking out on Saturday instead of Sunday. Was a misserable time.

Hotel staff were excellent, but when we arrived we had to call and ask for a fitted sheet for the pull out bed. Then no one cleaned our room while we were out for the day ? Not sure why . Bathroom could have been a little cleaner than it was, and the sheets on the bed were so worn out they wouldn’t stay on . And the bed was outdated .

Breakfast was ok. All the staff were the friendliest staff both when we checked in and checked out as well as at breakfast. We were there for a cheer event and a lot of other families were there that we knew and they did not have any hot water. There was what appeared to be mold in the pool room. The room was clean but had a musty odor. The only positive across the board was the staffs friendliness to all of us guests.

The property was very quiet and clean! The room was as spacious as advertised. The pool was in fact heated and very well taken care of! I saw multiple people with their dogs, so the hotel is pet friendly and it was nice to see! The staff was very polite. I’ve already booked two more stays at the hotel for future dates because it was a really nice stay and very affordable!

Staff were super nice and friendly ! Yummy breakfast, and clean room. can't complain !

Room was a mess. Two lights didnt work. The plug in by the bed didnt work. The phone didnt work.

Breakfast was good. Staff awesome. Computers slow- needs updating. Rooms very clean.
