I was very disappointed with the service. We arrived on 5th and the 6th was a public holiday - we were informed that they would not service the apartment on a public holiday - I went to suggest that we should have been compensated as we were not informed. The next day our room was not made up when we came back at 5pm. On contacting reception they sent the cleaners whose excuse was that the do not disturb sign was on but we did not use the sign. At nearly $300 per night I feel that the service should be a lot better

Night 1. Loud music all night because someone forgot to turn the speakers off. Night 1 &2. Heating in the room did not work. we got moved into another room for the rest of our stay. The new room remained unserviced until we compllained about it and then to top that all. We were accused of smoking in the room, which we did not do. Yes we do smoke but only in the proper area. When the room was finally serviced there was no replacement coffee provided. The front of house staff are very nice and they seem to spend all their time apologising for the hotels lack of service. If you are considering staying her for more than 1 night please rethink about it. Breakfast is OK but expensive. This hotel has plenty of potential but as we said to the duty manager ”There is something seriously wrong and it needs to be fixed”

This is the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in in Western Australia. I booked this high two hours ago and chose this one. The hotel is surrounded by a window near the pier. The morning view is very good and the hotel is very clean and beautiful. The room is very large and the parking is free~ It is about 15 minutes by car to Rottnest. The road at the entrance of the hotel is very narrow and the single line is very easy. It is easy to miss the speed.

The hotel is in a good location. It's more than ten minutes' walk to Terminal B and the supermarket, but the rooms are very small, like a capsule hotel, the Internet is very slow, and the parking lot costs 25 days a day, which is really expensive!

The hotel is unique And it’s right next to Fremantle Market, suitable for weekend stays There are also supermarkets nearby There is a water dispenser in the room with still water and sparkling water provided. This is so important in Australia But the breakfast is very simple. It is recommended to eat out.

What a beauuuutiful place! I love all of the Quest Fremantle! First of all, you can meet super friendly and kind people in the lobby. Then, you can see lovely room and view. The bedding was veeeeery soft and large. I loved it ! And just 5 mins walk to the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island. Also you can hire bike at the hotel, you can cook yourself, you can do laundry for free after swimming in the sea. Don't miss this perfect stay. U will never be disappointed!

Bestest Chili mussels and grilled lamb chops I’ve had in a million years! You gotta try it, it’s full flavoured, filling and you feel freo with every bite. The mussel sauce is rich in a tomato based broth, and the lamb brilliantly grilled vegetables, you get that charred taste on the fat of lamb, amazing!

We had an evening meal with friends midweek. This old pub has recently been refurbished and is a pleasant change from the loud yubby and trendy bars popping up all over the area. Good choice of beers on tap and a decent wine list. The meal was your usual ”pub grub” but done very well. The staff were very cheerful and pleasant. Well worth a visit if you are looking for someplace a bit traditional.

Great hotel. Facilities clean and well serviced. Great option for happy hour with a free drink and small grazing platter. Breakfast included at a local cafe had yummy pancakes and good service. Free fruit and coffee at reception was very gratefully received too.
