First off, the hotel's location feels incredibly unsafe! I'm not sure if the homeless person at the entrance just sleeps there permanently, but walking straight from the train station felt really dangerous. I encountered a lot of strange people who would stare at you, even during the day. Also, I booked this place because the reviews said water would be provided, but there was absolutely no water! Pure scam! The landline in the room had no instructions on how to call the front desk whatsoever! The room looks nothing like the pictures – it's a total catfish. It's really old and dirty.

While others mention the hotel location as a weak point due to the surrounding area (homeless people etc), we feel that the proximity to the Frankfurt train station and historical sites means that it is very accessible. On the other hand, the aircon does not seem to work even though it was set at lowest temperature possible. With the extra bed set further away from the AC in the room, the person sleeping there gets warmer faster. While the hotel is listed as a four star hotel, it does not have any amenities that justifies the rating

The hotel stay was good and comfortable, room were big and clean .

Let's start with the positives. It's very close to the central station, about a ten to fifteen-minute walk. The location is excellent, near the city center and within walking distance of everything. It's convenient with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, meeting all your daily needs. --- The facilities are quite old and show their age. It's noisy, especially on weekends and holidays. There are many beggars and homeless people in the surrounding area, making it a bit sketchy.

This was our first time in Frankfurt, and this hotel was quite good. The best part was its excellent location, making it easy to get anywhere. Although many people say the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic and close to the red-light district, advising against going out at night, I personally didn't find it that bad. Just be a little cautious. We could walk or take public transport everywhere we wanted to go and see sights, which saved us a lot of time. I was traveling alone with two elderly relatives this time, and they were very comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel, especially the staff, who were incredibly friendly. When I mentioned the sink wasn't draining and the kettle had issues, they immediately offered to change my room and ended up giving me a family suite. I really didn't expect them to be so helpful! Great location ! Just walk for 10 min straight to central train station.The staff was friendly,room was quiet and clean.I stayed a night and it was perfect,because I arrived from Berlin by train and next morning went to the airport by train .

I everything started when I arrived to the hotel about 12:40 pm and wanted to check in, the manager said I need to pay the extra 15euros for early check-in and I decided to walk around and wait until 3 pm. When I came back he checked me in, so after like 2-3 mins there I realized it wasn’t the room I booked online. The room looked like it’s the room for disabled people. Additionally, I have rhinitis and the room looked super dusty so I asked the manager to change the room directly. He said they only have same 2 rooms of this type and offered me to upgrade and pay about same amount I paid online for a double room, I refused and said I want a refund and I will choose another hotel then. Also the reception desk refused to call the manager to explain the situation why they scam people (it was 3 pm and he said he can’t disturb the manager as he is sleeping !!!). When I went upstairs to the room to pick up the luggage he started to call someone in Arabic and talk quickly. So by the end I left the hotel without the refund, booked another one. Trip.com also tried to resolve the issue, but the hotel didn’t respond. Absolutely do not recommend, scam and fake photos

Nice location, great hotel

The hotel does not have Ac, it is not advisable to stay during summer, they kept the small table fan, which was not sufficient in the hot weather. Hotel needs improvement in handling the guests during summer.

The location is very close to the central station and right in the heart of the city. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. I totally enjoyed my stay.

Being close to the Central Station is a double-edged sword. The location itself is actually quite good, making it convenient to walk everywhere, but the area can be a bit sketchy, so you need to be careful! The room was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Everything ok, but forget to refill coffee and wooden sticks. Generally, the hotel is in good shape and everythin provided in the room, including safe, heating for emergency and so on. So, I like it.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Frankfurt HBF, making it a great choice for travelers who prefer staying near the train station. The hotel is decent and suitable for a short stay. A special shout-out to Kalkat at the front desk, who was friendly, patient, and very helpful. She kindly arranged an early check-in for us after our long flight, allowing us to rest before exploring the Old Town. Thank you, Kalkat, for your excellent service and hospitality.

By foot approximately 8 min walking from train station and easy to find. Room size was ok.
