I'd heard horror stories about how chaotic Frankfurt Central Station could be, so I was a bit worried before my trip. But this hotel is literally across the street from the side exit of the train station – maybe 5 meters away at most! Plus, being on the side means you avoid the busiest, most chaotic area of the main station entrance. I highly recommend this place if you need to stay near the station. The only minor downside is that the rooms are a little on the small side; once you open two large suitcases, there's not much extra space.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the main train station, and the directions are very clear. The check-in process was seamless. Overall, it's a great choice for a layover.

Within walking distance from the train station, self check-in was very convenient. The room was spacious enough and had a minimalist design. The only downside was that there was no hairdryer provided in the room; I had to get one from the front desk. And don't even get me started on the lack of a kettle for hot water.

My first stay here was okay, even with a few facility issues like the shower water splashing out easily, the glass partition in the bathroom letting light in from my friend's lamp in the morning, and the sink draining slowly. However, the overall service response was prompt. My second stay, though, was a complete disaster. On the first night, I noticed the glass cover of the bedside lamp was chipped, with sharp edges dangerously close to the bed, and the lamp wasn't even working. I reported it to the front desk when I left in the morning, but when I returned that night, nothing had changed. I complained again, and someone came, twisted the bulb a few times, and it lit up. They said the lamp cover would be replaced the next morning. We waited until noon the next day, but no one came. When I asked the front desk, they even said, 'Isn't the lamp fixed?' I replied, 'The casing is dangerous!' We waited until 5 PM, and still no one came. Plus, our room wasn't cleaned that day, even though we had mentioned it to the front desk three times. Finally, a more formally dressed person came to clean our room and took away the broken lamp cover. It was clear that the housekeeping staff for the day had already left. The hotel operations seem very chaotic. The person who came to clean and the front desk staff both seemed surprised, asking if no one had cleaned our room, as if we were just messing around after they had already cleaned it.

The location is excellent, just a minute or two from the main train station. This hotel offers great value for money, with all the facilities you need and spacious rooms. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Frankfurt.

The hotel is quite comfortable and has an excellent location, right across from the train station. The bed is a bit narrow, and the bathroom layout could be improved as the wet and dry areas are not well separated. The toilet is a little too high for Asian guests, and the toilet seat is quite hard. There were a few black stains on the bedsheet and a strand of someone else’s hair, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke English well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, mainly because of the convenient location and the excellent service.

The main advantage is its proximity to the station. Once you get off, just look for platform 1, and you'll spot a hotel sign. Walk a short distance inside the station and you're there. The room was reasonably clean and they provided free bottled water. The only minor downside was that you needed to register as a member to use the Wi-Fi.

Very close to the train station, the front desk service was excellent, and they even gave candies to the kids. The room size was just right, the price was reasonable, and it was convenient to get everywhere. Highly recommended.

While the location next to the central train station is convenient, the customer service is shockingly poor. We were looking forward to watching the FIFA match, but our room's TV kept shutting down. The front desk ignored our calls, forcing us to walk downstairs. After being promised help within 15 minutes, we were left waiting with zero assistance. When we called again late at night, the staff member was incredibly dismissive, telling us to just go to a local bar. To make matters worse, he refused to give his name when asked. He claimed he would call us back regarding a room change, but we were completely ignored. We haven't received an apology or any follow-up to this day. What a shameful way to treat paying guests.

This Chinese-owned hotel, located right by the notoriously bad Frankfurt train station, offers exceptional value for money. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming, none of that typical German hotel 'attitude'. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm in Frankfurt. It's also not far from the red light district, if you catch my drift. 😉

Staff is nice and very happy to answer enquiries with humor. Luggage handled well. Very convenient location to go to train station and take publix transport to other parts of the city.

Even though it's close to the train station, the area feels very unsafe. The quality of the other tenants was poor, which made for a very unsettling stay. I wouldn't want to visit this city again.
