Location extremely perfect if you traveling by train, or even by air. Super fast free wifi, clean and spacious room, easy and skip queue when check in by machine, nearby a lot of restaurants, a very recommended hotel, helpful staff

The hotel is located right next to the central station, easy to locate. The rooms are clean and spacious for 2 adults. We have booked 2 rooms and requested for the rooms to be closed to each other or at the same level, however, as we have arrived before the check in time (2pm), we were told to use the check in machine instead of the counter. The problem we faced is that the check in machine doesn't allow us to check in 2 rooms at one go and required us to check in the room individually. As a result, we were given 2 rooms at different level by the machine. We highlighted this to the staff and the issue was eventually resolved with the assistance from the helpful staff at the counter. The whole experience will be better if the machine is robust enough to handle group check in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in this hotel.

Decent hotel. Its location right next to the Central Station is a major plus, offering very convenient access to the airport (via the S9 S-Bahn) and the U-Bahn (subway) system. The Main River is just a street away, directly behind the hotel, and it's lovely to take a walk along its banks. On Sundays, the riverfront is especially lively with many activities.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with the accommodation. The location is super convenient; just exit the train station's side door, cross the street diagonally, and you're there. Check-in was smooth, though a city tax is required. The room was quite spacious and quiet at night. Breakfast was continental style, but the selection was a bit limited.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable reception with excellent service. Comfortable, clean room and overall hotel. Breakfast was overall good and plentiful but no bacon/sausage; just bacon bits in with what I suspect are powered eggs although eggs can be made to order...just ask.

So convenient just fee steps exit from the central station platform number 1. Staff are nice, room is clean, bed is comfortable, they arranged connected room as per our request earlier via trip. Just one thing don't understand the tourist tax for 4 people not 3 people that we actually stayed for 2 rooms. The staff said was Trip.com advanced calculation.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 2-3 minute walk to the train station. Unfortunately, the area around the station has a lot of graffiti and many homeless people at night, which made us feel a bit uneasy. The room was a bit cramped, and the facilities were comparable to a Chinese 3-star hotel. However, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The wall behind the bed featured a large mural of the Frankfurt subway, which was quite a unique touch. You can ask the front desk on the ground floor for slippers and extra towels.

The hotel is conveniently located just south of the Central Train Station. It's well-signposted within the station, and you can reach it by simply exiting (via the small door to the west of the south entrance) and crossing the street. Both the cleanliness and service were excellent. They also have Chinese-speaking staff; we met one in the evening whose Chinese was superb, although we didn't encounter any in the morning. Despite its close proximity to the train station, it was surprisingly quiet. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, making dining very convenient.

I had stay in this hotel for the third time, This hotel near Frankfurt main station and they give customers a city transportation pass for the stay. This time I stay, feel disappointed. The air con is not working….very weak. The washing shampoo drop down when I pressed and the body wash is empty. The hotel with 400+ rooms, how can it be weak, and body wash at the end change to shampoo, so I got 2 shampoo😂😂.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, the location was incredibly convenient, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended!

We found out the exit near Platform 1 right opposite the hotel only on the day before we lef. Hotel location is indeed excellent. However, the air-condition is disappointing. It was set as -3c but the entire room was very warm. I was literally sweating throughout the nights and had to seek comfort from my usb fan. No slippers and amenities in the room perhaps one could request from them.
