Room was clean and equipped with all the things you would expect from Ibis Budget. The hotel is located near the big mall, but a bit far from the major bus routes, so you would have to walk to bus terminal to get to major sightseeing spots in Foz do Iguaçu. I arrived late and check-in took longer than expected, as it was only one person and a small queue. And they do indeed require additional payment for the breakfast, even though it says it's included in the booking.

The room was extremely small. We booked a triple room, which included a bunk bed. Upon check-in, the bunk bed hadn't been made at all. When we asked at the front desk, they said the cleaning staff wouldn't be there until the afternoon, and we'd have to make it ourselves. As for the price, we later found out that booking three single rooms at other hotels would cost less than booking just one triple room here. The price was extremely unreasonable, and the value for money was terrible! Thumbs down!

Exceeded expectations. The room was clean, tidy and quiet, the shower water was good, and the front desk service was great. There is a large shopping mall nearby. There are restaurants and a large supermarket, so you don't have to worry about food and drink. I would consider staying here again

The bunk bed was too hot and the bunk bed wasn't set up at all so I had to put the sheets down myself. Other than that it was fine. There's a large shopping mall right in front.

The hotel offers a very satisfactory structure for those looking for practical and economical accommodation. The rooms are clean and well organized, and the location is excellent.

Prezados,
Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com diversos problemas enfrentados durante minha hospedagem, os quais comprometeram significativamente a qualidade da experiência oferecida pelo hotel.
Inicialmente, no dia do check-in, precisei aguardar aproximadamente 1 hora e 40 minutos após o horário previsto para que o quarto fosse liberado. A situação foi especialmente desconfortável porque eu havia acabado de chegar de um voo longo e estava enfrentando uma crise alérgica, necessitando de descanso e acesso à acomodação o quanto antes. A demora excessiva causou grande transtorno logo no início da estadia.
Ao utilizar o banheiro, constatei que o ímã de fechamento da porta de vidro do box estava quebrado. Como consequência, a porta não permanecia fechada durante o banho, permitindo que a água se espalhasse para fora do box e inundasse não apenas o banheiro, mas também parte do quarto. Trata-se de um problema de manutenção que impactou diretamente o conforto e a usabilidade da acomodação.
Além disso, em uma das arrumações do quarto, as toalhas utilizadas foram substituídas por outras que aparentavam estar sujas, situação incompatível com os padrões básicos de higiene esperados de um estabelecimento hoteleiro.
Também houve falhas recorrentes no serviço de arrumação. Durante todos os três dias da hospedagem, a cama superior da beliche não foi forrada após a limpeza do quarto. Ao perceber essa situação pela primeira vez, procurei a recepção para relatar o ocorrido e fui informado de que esse procedimento fazia parte da política de arrumação do hotel. Ainda assim, considero essa prática inadequada, pois a cama integrava a acomodação disponibilizada aos hóspedes e deveria receber o mesmo padrão de organização e apresentação aplicado ao restante do quarto.
Por fim, no último dia da hospedagem, o serviço de arrumação não foi realizado durante o período habitual, mesmo não havendo qualquer placa de "Não Perturbe" na porta. Ressalto que estivemos fora do hotel durante boa parte do dia, de modo que não havia qualquer impedimento para a realização da limpeza. Ao retornarmos ao final da tarde, já cansados das atividades do dia e esperando encontrar o quarto arrumado, constatamos que o serviço não havia sido realizado. Somente após eu questionar a situação junto à recepção foi providenciada uma arrumação por volta das 18h30. Além do horário extremamente tardio, o serviço aparentou ter sido realizado de forma apressada. Para que a equipe pudesse concluir a limpeza, tivemos ainda que deixar a acomodação naquele momento, mesmo já estando cansados e desejando descansar, o que gerou mais um transtorno desnecessário.
Diante da quantidade de ocorrências e da sucessão de falhas durante a estadia, solicito que esta reclamação seja analisada com atenção e que seja apresentado um posicionamento do hotel.
