Vienna International Hotel (Ronggui Fisherman's Wharf)

I booked a random hotel at Fisherman’s Wharf on weekends. Because it is a big brand, I am very relieved. The style is palace style, and the sanitation is very meticulous. I went to Graffiti Street in the afternoon, checked in for delicious food, and had a good rest when I came back at night. It's the first time I've stayed in such a dumb hotel. I can understand the poor soundproofing and the average room decoration. We booked the Vienna International Hotel (Ronggui, Shunde, Foshan) online, thinking it would be a quality hotel, but in fact our experience was terrible. Firstly, when we arrived at the hotel, the car park was full and there wasn't any parking space available, which was very disappointing. We had to spend extra time and money to find a safe place to park, which added to our burden. After entering the hotel lobby, we felt a strong smell of cigarettes, which made us very uncomfortable. When we entered the room, we were frightened by the strong stench. The room seemed like it hadn't been cleaned and sanitized for a long time and there was a strong smell of smoke in the air which was unbearable. We also found the room to be very poorly insulated and were easily disturbed by outside noise which made it difficult to sleep. Also, the bedding was very old and unclean, which prevented us from really relaxing. In addition, the facilities in the room are also very old, and some places have even been damaged. For example, the faucet in the bathroom didn't run smoothly, there was no hot water, and the bathroom door didn't close completely. These issues bothered us very much and affected our stay experience. In the end, we were very disappointed by the terrible experience we had with our stay. We think Vienna International Hotel (Foshan Shunde Ronggui Branch) needs to be improved as soon as possible to improve service quality and room facilities. If it doesn't improve, we won't consider this hotel again and won't recommend it to others.
