We had a nice stay.Rooms are a bit old and in need of a makeover..Staff very friendly and professional,beautiful restaurant with stunning decor.Food choices could be wider though..Overall,not bad..The friendliness of the staff make up for some flaws..

Upon arrival, we were immediately captivated by the huge fish tank in the atrium, teeming with various kinds of fish. Our children absolutely loved watching them! The service was attentive and thoughtful. They offered to help deliver our luggage to the room using a luggage cart, which made things incredibly easy for parents. There's a free parking lot available, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Our room was spacious and equipped with numerous family-friendly facilities, perfect for kids. A delightful surprise was that we could enjoy beautiful sunsets from our room. For other recreational facilities, the hotel has a swimming pool, a kids' play area, a fitness center, and a variety of parent-child classes. They even provide travel photography services! There are plenty of dining options nearby. Right downstairs, you'll find a McDonald's and a Luckin Coffee, making breakfast incredibly easy to sort out!

Honestly, this place is amazing for families! The family rooms have their own dedicated check-in, and we even got a welcome cake upon arrival. A staff member, Ivy, gave us a great overview of all the children's activities. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are on the 6th floor, and you just need your room number to get in. Parking was plentiful, and the area around has tons of food, drinks, and entertainment, which was super convenient. The kids absolutely loved the Porsche beds in our family room! My only tiny suggestion would be for the main bed's mattress to be a bit firmer. We'll definitely be back! Oh, and the kids' play area is on the 3rd floor. Plus, the buffet having a kids' play zone was just brilliant!!!

The room was spacious and spotless. On our first afternoon, the kids absolutely loved the bubble fun at the outdoor pool. The next morning it rained, so we headed to the indoor pool instead. Swimming in summer truly is a joy for all ages. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great!

My experience at Hilton Foshan was wonderful! I booked for two nights right away. On the second day, Jessie from the hotel's concierge team even called to check if we were satisfied with the room and if we had any special requests, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including an outdoor pool on the sixth floor. The weather was lovely, and the kids absolutely loved it! Breakfast on the second floor is a buffet, and I'm looking forward to trying it tomorrow. Parking is convenient, and the huge fish tank in the lobby is quite a showstopper. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtfully offered recommendations for nearby attractions. Our dedicated butler, Lucy, was also fantastic, proactively sending us timely updates and information. It truly reflects the excellent management expected of a five-star hotel. The family room was definitely lovely, and our child absolutely loved it. It was large and spacious, with decent soundproofing. However, the air conditioning was a major letdown. I had it set to 23°C, but by 4 AM, I was drenched in sweat, and my pajamas were soaked. I had to get up, change, and lower the temperature to 21°C. Yet, as dawn broke, the room became too cold, and my child complained about being freezing. The breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about.

I made a last-minute booking at this Hilton in Foshan. The hotel is quite spacious, and we even received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room on the 17th floor. Foshan Hilton Hotel: A truly impressive stay! The huge, beautiful aquarium right at the entrance is a real highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, clean, not crowed as I expected, and family friendly. We got the hotel package including some discount tickets. I knew that I could get a room upgraded, early and late check out service and the welcome fruit. I didn’t hear any thing of them when I got the check-in. I mean I had no idea what service we got regarding to the package and the Trip.com’s membership rewards. Eventually, I called the lobby and they connected me to the head office. She said I already got the room upgraded (I’m still doubt it cuz the room status was exactly the same as the room I got the reservation for) and the late check-out set up.

The hotel breakfast was great, with a good variety of options. The pool was fantastic, and our kids absolutely loved it.
