Century Hotel

Facilities: Complete, Sanitation: Clean Environment: Really good, unexpectedly good, there is a spring in the hotel. The reason why it is called Xianquan Hotel is because there is a spring there. There is a swimming pool under the spring. You can swim for free when you stay. It's really great. I will stay here again when I go to Shunde next time.

The yard is large, the scenery is beautiful, and there is ample parking space. The room is large and has a balcony, and there are shelves on the balcony, so it is not too convenient to dry clothes. Breakfast was very rich. The waiters were very welcoming.

The pavilion has beautiful scenery but all the facilities are old, like a hotel thirty years ago. It lacks maintenance, service and hygiene are average. The Chinese breakfast style is pretty good. I recommend the bakery next to the front desk. There are many and attractive varieties of bread, cakes and desserts, and the taste Just depends on the type.

Pros: The hotel has beautiful scenery, gardens and water features. Chinese pastries and desserts for breakfast are OK. Disadvantages: First of all, the sanitation is very poor, yellow water flows from the toilet, the carpets in the whole house are dirty, the quilts, pillowcases and other linens have been used for too long and should be retired, and the sofa is torn and dirty. Secondly, the equipment cannot keep up. There is no socket at the bedside and cannot be charged. The socket next to the TV is broken and cannot draw power. Major shortcomings: poor service process and awareness. For example, a lady at the front desk did not arrange for a guest room or concierge colleague to accompany me when I asked to see the room. Instead, she gave me the room card to check by herself, and said fiercely, "Don't touch anything in the room!" I thought the staff was busy and couldn't arrange it, but in fact the floor attendant was sitting at the elevator entrance doing nothing. When she checked out the next morning, she ate a burger at the front desk and accepted the room card. In the afternoon, I received a call from a hotel man asking if I had checked out. His attitude was also very unfriendly. It is recommended that hotel management strengthen employee service standardization and professional training. All in all, this is the most unsatisfactory hotel on this trip and is not recommended at all.

The hotel looks very grand from the outside. It is an old hotel. The hardware air conditioning is not good. It is too hot to sleep in. There are mosquitoes, which makes people uncomfortable to sleep all night. There is a swimming pool behind the hotel which is quite good. It is suitable for playing in warmer weather.

The facilities are too old, reminiscent of the 1980s and 1990s. It has the smell of a state-owned hotel. It must have not been renovated, and you can see how glorious it was back then. The overall layout, including the boutiques, has a sense of age. I don’t know what’s inside. How old are the clothes? There is a swimming pool. The environment is very good. There are waterfalls and pools. The breakfast buffet is good.

To be honest, although the hotel is listed as a four-star hotel, the room facilities are old and the room service needs to be improved. However, the hotel is at the foot of Shunfeng Mountain. The surrounding environment is very good and the location is relatively central. It is not far from anywhere in Shunde. Breakfast is Double Skin Milk is great, and it’s worth recommending based on these advantages.

The English name of Xianquan Hotel is Century Hotel, and the Chinese name is Xindaya. It is a long-established hotel in Shunde. The rooms are clean and the morning tea is a must. The restaurant on New Year's Day is so crowded that you have to wait in line to be called. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Shunde.
