Our stay at this hotel was incredibly comfortable. Meiqin, the front desk attendant, was very warm and friendly. When we needed directions or recommendations for local food, Manager Geng patiently and thoroughly offered reliable suggestions. The room was clean and tidy. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and enjoyed our time so much. We want to thank two staff members, Marlin and Yvonne. They were kind, careful and polite whenever we needed help. They thoughtfully prepared little nice extras for our anniversary, which surprised us a lot and made our day sweet and romantic. Their nice service made our trip much better. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the service is lovely. We will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

There aren't many hotel options close to the city center in Shunde, just a Marriott and a Sheraton, but they've both been open for a long time and the reviews weren't great. So, I opted for this branded chain hotel which recently opened. **Facilities:** Even though it's a 4-star hotel, it has everything you could need, including an indoor swimming pool and a large car park. The room was spacious enough, and the all-day dining restaurant in the lobby on the ground floor offered a good variety of food. However, the lobby felt very empty and a bit desolate. **Hygiene:** Generally good. Both the public areas and rooms were decent, and cleaning was prompt. The outdoor area on the fourth floor had some issues; the smoking spot and seating were a bit dirty. **Environment:** Although the hotel isn't far from the city center, it's about 7 kilometers to the main attractions and food streets like Huagai Road, which can take 20 minutes with traffic. The surrounding area consists of residential neighborhoods and commercial facilities, so the environment is just average. **Service:** Quite poor, especially the lack of a doorman. No one helped with luggage at all; one security guard only registered license plates and did nothing else. The front desk staff were also quite indifferent, which is definitely a drawback.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, especially from the front desk staff Yvonne and Marlin. They were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, making my trip comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.

It was late at night when I arrived, but the front desk staff, Jianbin, was still enthusiastic and efficient. Check-in was swift and smooth. I was on a video conference and needed to extend my check-out by an hour. I explained this to the operator, Jinny, and she immediately agreed, which saved my meeting from being disrupted and really helped me out of a tight spot.

The front desk service was incredibly efficient! I was in a rush for a business trip, and reception staffer Xiao Yi completed my check-in in just a few minutes. She even proactively offered a map of the business district and recommendations for nearby restaurants. When I checked out, I realized I'd left my phone in the room, and the front desk agent Xiao Yu immediately helped me retrieve it, which saved me a lot of trouble.

I always stay at this place and vincen helped me one time to cancel breakfast charges which i have not used.

As usual Holiday Inn is value for money. Clean rooms. No smoke smell. Necessary amenities. Best part about this was that they allowed early check in and did not fuss about late check out. We checked in at 10am with no extra charge. Room change was also facilitated quite seamlessly when we need to extend our stay. Special mention to Vincent and Marlin at the front desk who speak English and are patient with your needs.

Came to Foshan for some delicious food and, as always, chose the Poly Holiday Inn. My friends and I booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. The front desk staff upgraded all our room types. The facilities are complete, comfortable, and cozy, with excellent amenities. It's clean, hygienic, and parking is convenient. It's also easy to get to surrounding areas. We even celebrated a birthday dinner at the restaurant, and they provided a complimentary cake, which was a very thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful holiday!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and every time the experience is excellent. Very clean, and polite service. There is a convenient complex next door with many food and entertainment options, as well as the beautiful local area which can be easily explored on bikes. The western breakfast has a good selection and the gym is clean and works well. As an improvement it would be great to have more information about the facilities available to read in the room such as gym and swimming opening times and prices etc.

Good & fast service, but the location is a bit far from the city centre & shopping mall, need to take taxi even go out for meals. A great variety for the breakfast, even included Shunde famous dishes of Milk Custard & Steam Chencun Rice Sheets. The room is spacious and clean, will probably stay again if just need to take rest & try Shunde delicious food.

This is the first hotel in china, who doesn't accept parcels in advance on behalf of the guest, I will typically order online and deliver to the hotels before my stay. But this hotel's protocol is, only if the courier is able to quote the room number, otherwise the parcel will be deposited at a collection place near the hotel. This is so inconvenient and this is one of the greatest setback which I will not come back to this hotel.
