The room was very clean, the front desk service was excellent, and it was convenient for getting around.

Family vacation for Chinese New Year. This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in the Greater Bay Area. While not overly large, you can tell the management is on point – better than many big chain brands. The service is warm and attentive, with great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the ring toss activity during Chinese New Year created a wonderfully festive atmosphere. It's clear this hotel is serious about its business!

Xiao Zeng at the front desk provided excellent service. They also offer free parking, and now there are even charging stations, which is very convenient.

Check-in and check-out were super efficient, and she was always quick to respond to any requests and resolve them perfectly. The entire experience was fantastic, making my trip feel so comfortable and welcoming. She really went above and beyond!

The aroma of freshly ground coffee filled the lobby, and I enjoyed a cup with my breakfast at the restaurant. The freshly prepared congee was incredibly hearty and packed with generous ingredients, truly comforting. Our room's balcony was beautifully sunny, and the bed was so comfortable I slept soundly. A special shout-out to Xiaohuang at the front desk, who was incredibly thoughtful – we'd forgotten something, and she even lent it to us! So considerate!
