前台邱小姐熱情大方業務專業,解答住客疑難問題。酒店設備有的陳舊，抽風機好響，小房間空調風好小，水龍頭好似花出水。同酒店晚班小姐反應抽風機修好，其他未修，態度生硬，叫我同維修師傅協商觧決，我都唔知道去那裡找維修師傅。由於要辦理業務及距中醫院較近，選擇這間性價一般般酒店

地理位置可以，我從外面看感覺挺好的，也不知道這個酒店多久了，感覺設備都有點舊。早上開熱水開了好久，超過五分鐘不出熱水，以為沒熱水，打電話前台説有的呢，然後一直放在那裡放水，浪費很多水資源。電視幾乎都是付費的，服務可以，比較自在，住的房間是榻榻米，挺喜歡的，小孩説有點小，我自己沒什麼感覺，舒服就可以。覺得門沒有那個⛓鎖沒有安全感哈哈，其他都是有的

很差別去。1.我訂的蜜月大床房卻給我日式房，還撒謊説全部房都是這樣的，但次日早上明明看到對面房間就是照片上的大床房，我已經提前10天預約，根本沒有給我留房間。
2.日式房連個桌子椅子都沒有，燈光很暗，看手機都費眼睛，十分奇葩。
3.房間隔音很差，旁邊就是垃圾房，不到6點就被嘈醒。
