Well, to start with I had some inconvenience in the while checking in but our Chinese friends are polite. The service manager “ Ice” had definitely tried her best to ensure that my stay at the hotel is good. Am thankful to her and to her colleagues who were very positive in taking the suggestions and were willing to improve the service. Overall , It was a good stay. A big thank you to ICE , although I couldn’t speak Chinese but she was patient and tried to communicate with me by using the translator service to her best. I think that should be the winning attitude. I respect her greatly for her attitude and professionalism. Simply “ INCREDIBLE ICE” 👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

與價位完全不符，設施老舊、前台沒有服務可言，四樓ktv影足通宵鬼哭狼嚎不隔音、****出沒，入住前台完全沒提醒，提出問題也不給解決，像連鎖其實加盟，酒店客户羣體非商務出行，商務出行看到這條可以繞開。酒店對這條評價的自動回覆也就像他們的前台，你們就繼續買評分吧。

整體感覺還是不錯的，離萬達很近，旁邊就有吃粵菜的酒樓，吃完飯晚上逛逛街。房間衞生也不錯，酒店側面還有一個夜市之類的小吃，開車去哪裡都挺方便的，四樓有影音沐足，帶着小朋友怕吵，選的高樓層
