酒店地理位置好，住店免費泊車，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞。一樓大堂也是咖啡店，有休息小間，電梯旁有快遞櫃，挺方便的，三樓有餐廳，二樓有洗衣房，總體來説，值得入住。

很糟糕，設施陳舊，衞生差，洗手間牆壁、地上、洗手池縫隙裏都是陳年污垢和毛髮。。。好惡心，自己擦了半天。入住第一晚就被陳舊的門鎖邊緣翹起來的金屬絲劃破了手指，紅腫了，當時很怕破傷風，因此有向前台反映這個情況請他們維修避免再次傷到人，前台也沒有任何補救和致歉措施，衹是説你要不要換個同類型房間，可想而知同類型房間還不是一個水平。連續3天早上9點半下樓都已經沒什麼早餐可以吃了連雞蛋也沒有了，而酒店公佈的早餐時段是到10點，和前台一個女生反映，黑着臉很不耐煩，餓着肚子在前台買了杯熱咖啡，結果是温的。。。好心勸退，這就是我花400多元住順德漢庭的經歷。

連續住第二晚，客房服務員有補充多幾支礦泉水給我們這點還不錯。跟前台反饋了電視機打不開，前台表示補回差價，然而等到我們返程了也沒收到🙃上去到房間房卡打不開房門下去找前台，她們表示續住得再在前台滴一下，我在其他漢庭都沒這種要求，麻煩死了

酒店在小區內，環境優、空氣好，早餐還算豐盛；房間格局不錯，洗漱台和電吹風在玄關，有人在洗手間的時候不影響另一個人洗臉、刷牙或吹頭髮。美中不足的是，電梯不刷卡也能自由上落，感覺不太安全，電腦桌和電視都有灰。

網上開好之後，到那裡，前台小姐姐又想忽悠人説你開的是小房，換個大房吧？其實經常開，哪有什麼大的，一樣的，然後兩個人都要登記，很不方便，不建議，其他各方面還好
