4.7分怎麼來的，不理解。已投訴平台説後續會要求整改，我也不接受賠償，衹希望各位看到，也希望公寓方面能正視自己衞生完全不達標的事實整改並且好好反省一下啊！！！而不是跟我説東説西，一下説是阿姨忘了，一下説蟑螂是隔壁房跑進來的，床底死的蟑螂還跟我説昨天都沒看到？？甚至還扯上昨天演唱會，我不理解，演唱會有什麼關係？你們是都去看演唱會了沒空搞衞生嗎？我真的服了，太影響心情太膈應了！我是實話實説，我是圖離看演唱會近才來住的366塊的房間，也不便宜了吧？基礎的衞生！住房！最最基礎的衞生！我的老天爺！我本想頭兩次的衞生不好就算了，我是懶人，我真的懶得折騰，將就睡一晚，但是蟑螂真的兩眼一黑，還有這個工作人員的迴應我也是頭皮發麻，好好接受顧客的反饋然後真誠的承認錯誤及道歉不可以嗎？已成事實的東西為什麼還要甩鍋找藉口？太不真誠了哎，第一次差評

房間舒適，乾淨整潔，價格優惠，性價比高，每次出差都會挑這邊來住，因為前台服務好，比較熱情，服務效率也快，還有金融中心的樓比較新，走廊很乾凈，看見心都舒服，沒有各種垃圾放在走廊，設計感超美觀，點外賣非常方便，直接送到門口，周邊也非常繁華，有幾家大商場，更方便的是門口就有好多地鐵口，去哪裡都很便宜，上班也不怕堵車，這裏已是繁華地帶，值得推薦！

環境非常好，地理位置也很不錯，就在順德北出站口那裡，出行也方便，旁邊也有一個商場，玩也方便購物也方便，老闆服務也很好，比較推薦

樓下就是順德北站及東平地鐵站，地理位置不錯。可能放了兩張大床房間比較狹窄，洗手間環境清潔不理想地下有沙塵頭髮，廁所板不清潔有污漬。

是民宿。房間比較小，算是温馨吧。然後附近是爛尾樓，沒什麼吃的，要走兩個路口，附近有一個商場。衞生不太好，如圖示，很多地方都沒搞乾淨，還好自己帶了一次性浴巾跟洗臉巾。樓下就是地鐵站，這點比較好。
