Hampton by Hilton Properties in Foshan

This is by far the most jarring Hilton Garden Inn I've ever encountered. The facilities and environment are excellent, and the staff are wonderful. However, the hallway from the lobby to the guest rooms reeked daily of a cheap, pungent perfume that was almost nauseating. Every time I entered the lobby or the floor corridor, the air was filled with a sharp, sickeningly cheap floral scent, like a strong bug spray or perfume. It immediately dragged the hotel's perceived quality down to sub-basement levels. It felt less like a Hilton and more like some seedy, underground motel in Beijing trying to mask dampness and mildew with an overwhelming smell. The hotel really needs to address this. If the details aren't managed well, even the best brand name is meaningless.

We chose the Hampton by Hilton Beijiao mainly for its excellent location. It's within a 30-minute drive to major attractions like Lingnan Tiandi, Jinbang Street, Qinghui Garden, and even Guangzhou South Railway Station. The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are spotless. The staff were very courteous. There are many restaurants nearby, and a night market is just a stone's throw away. For shopping, there's Yue Ran Plaza. We'd like to thank the hotel for specially decorating our room for our silver wedding anniversary and even providing a cake to enhance the celebration.

I always stay here, but honestly, the hotel not having a laundry room is a major drawback. It forced me to switch hotels on my last day because all my clothes were dirty. I'm not talking about laundry service; with the rain, nothing would dry. I ended up staying at Atour on my last night. The breakfast was fantastic, definitely worth a shout-out. I didn't take any photos, so I used other pictures.

This was my second stay here. I came for furniture shopping during the May Day holiday, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's a quick drive to both Lecong and Chancheng. A big thanks to Xiao Chen at the front desk; she was so enthusiastic and friendly, and helped me a lot. Thumbs up for Hampton by Hilton Longjiang! 👍

The room was clean and the pillows were comfortable. The toiletries provided were excellent. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even helped me keep an item I had left behind during my last stay. The breakfast was delicious. This is always my go-to hotel for business trips.

The hotel itself is decent and generally well maintained, and there is nothing particularly wrong with the facilities or cleanliness. That said, it is a very busy hotel, and for someone looking for a quiet or relaxing stay, it may not be the best choice. There is a constant sense of activity, which can make it feel a little hectic at times. Overall, it’s perfectly fine for a short or practical stay, especially if you don’t mind a lively atmosphere. However, if peace and calm are a priority, I would probably look for a quieter option next time.

The robot delivery service is a huge plus! If you need mineral water, tissues, or toiletries at night, you can arrange it directly from your room. The robot delivers it quickly to your door, so you don't have to wait for staff or go downstairs. It's incredibly convenient. The hotel's overall hardware is really reassuring; the room facilities are complete and well-maintained, so you don't encounter any awkward old or malfunctioning issues. The facilities work well, and the delivery service is hassle-free. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it to friends.

Our four-year-old had a wonderful time and was well looked after, even receiving a lovely little gift. The most heartwarming part was when we realized we'd left our child's plush toy behind. Monica helped us find it and even mailed it back to us—we're so grateful! It's these little details that show true care. This hotel is a must-recommend! 👍

The lobby was very welcoming, and the front desk service was excellent; they even offered water proactively. The room was clean and tidy, with good sanitation. The surroundings were lovely, with a small river and a large lawn visible from the window, perfect for walking or jogging. It was very quiet. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and dining by the large bay window was a delightful experience.

This hotel provided an excellent stay, and what impressed me most was the bedding. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – making it incredibly relaxing to lie down on. The sheets and duvet covers were clean, fresh, and odorless, with a soft, skin-friendly fabric. The pillows were perfectly comfortable too. I slept soundly through the night and woke up feeling refreshed. The overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. A special shout-out to Monica for her thoughtful service; she even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone.
