Another great experience at the Holiday Inn Fort Walton Beach. The restaurant and staff were outstanding as always, especially our server Nick. This is our go to spot for our weekend “stay-cations”

Wow! We had a last minute opportunity to go for our 35th wedding anniversary. Tamoy went above and beyond making us feel welcome. I think we had the best room…great view of the ocean, the lazy river pool, and the tiki hut. They played a movie in the evening that we could watch from our balcony. After we came back from the beach, Tamoy had gotten us champagne and left a handwritten note congratulating our years together. It was so thoughtful and much appreciated. Our favorite new place.

Great service from all the staff. Accommodations are clean and roomy. Decore in the rooms are is nice and it's very quiet. Loving the ocean view from the room. Restaurant food is great a with the super friendly staff. Plenty of chairs in pool area.

Beautiful hotel had a balcony 5th floor over pool facing gulf checkin staff really nice have to make sure that parking is included when booking would love to come back during warmer weather lots of construction in front of hotel expanding bridge over water

This hotel is absolutely on point! The food is actually VERY good. The bar is impressive and the view is spectacular! Every staff member we interacted with was so courteous and professional. Our room was impeccable. We will definitely revisit!

The staff here are what makes this place exceptional. I had a lovely interaction with their front desk agent Fiona. A very bubbly personality with welcoming knowledge. While at dinner, my server was Nick. He recommended a passion fruit drink that was very tasty. He checked in on me to find out how everything was. Has a vibrant chat with him. Their food and beverage manager also checked in on the quality of the food. I believe she is Trinidardian. Just a wonderful blend of staff that made my overnight more enjoyable.
