This was one of the best experiences my family and I had! We stayed from Thursday -Monday everything was wonderful, from the staff to the ducks outside, Brian was amazing, Christina was wonderful very bright future with that young lady. The breakfast was hot, fresh and on the weekend it was a beautiful spread. I have 4 small children Ms Nia, and her brother Nemo were truly gems to us, they helped seat my kids, they fixed plates, they entertained their conversations about god knows what it was a definite wonderful experience. The rooms were so lovely, clean comforting, I mean it was great. We will definitely make this our hotel of choice when we come to see my daughter again on Ft Stewart. Thank you all for the tremendous hospitality.

My daughter and family booked their room with this hotel 2 months ago. They were in Richmond Hill to surprise my mom for her 91st birthday. When they entered their room, it was infested with German roaches....to the point that they never opened any luggage but still had a roach on their belongings when they got back downstairs. There were no other available rooms and Hilton Honors could only get them a room in Hilton Head, SC.....53 minutes away and $300+ more. How can a hotel be roach infested and not know it? And all of this occurred at 11:30 pm with 2 young children as well. Hilton should have been purchasing their fuel....not charging them additional money, at this point. This Home 2 Suites is definitely NOT worthy of the name HILTON!

I would be very leery about handing over your credit card to this hotel. We booked and prepaid for our 4/24/22 - 4/27/22 on Priceline. We arrive and use a credit card for incidentals. This is standard and we’ve never had any issues doing so. After we get back home, we notice that Best Western Plus Richmond Hill has charged us $236.67 for our prepaid stay. Mistakes happen, no big deal, so I give the hotel a call on 5/2/22. I speak with a manager, Renata, who assures me it was their mistake and says a refund will be issued to our credit card. The same afternoon, I receive an updated copy of our Guest Folio showing the refunded amount. I wait two weeks with no refund, then call on 5/16/22 and leave a message with Sade at the front desk requesting Renata give me a call back. No return call, so I reply to their previous e-mail requesting they look into the refund again. No response to that e-mail. I e-mail again on 05/18/22 to follow up once again. Still no response. I called again this morning, 5/20/22 and was informed Renata won’t be in until Monday. My patience is wearing thin, so I’ll be requesting a chargeback through the credit card company next week if this is not resolved. Also, upon our return, we had 5 fraudulent charges on the same credit card we used for incidentals. I don’t want to make any accusations here (that’s for the credit card company to determine), but it seems a little suspicious to me that the credit card we only use to buy groceries, pay our internet bill and used for incidentals at this hotel was targeted.

We often stay in Holiday Inn Express Hotels and see some variance among the hotels. This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with ample selections and the food area was kept clean. Nice little eating area. Will stay here again when visiting Savannah area. (Not sure if it was a Google Map glitch but we couldn’t find the hotel using Google maps-had to switch to Apple Maps)
