The room was disgusting, walking in and first thing we see is a dead cockroach that someone smeared across the standup mirror. Then another live cockroach in the sink and trash on the side of the bed. They definitely didn't clean before we got the room. Not worth the money.

Check in was fast. The employees are pretty nice. Roaming security is a bit intimidating. But hey, thats the point

Dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in full of cockroaches!
Room smelled terrible. I reached for hairdryer to dry my hair and it was filthy. I had to leave with wet hair.
If I wasn’t so tired with disability issues, I would have left immediately.
At least towels in the bathroom and the shades on the bed we’re clean.

It was a nice stay….the service reps were nice and professional. I just thought the place could have been a little more comfortable and my assistant coach did find a roach in his room.

The man that checked us in was super nice and knowledgeable. The room was clean the air conditioner worked good. The beds were comfortable. I don’t know how the pillows felt because I brought my own. We didn’t eat the breakfast but they had waffles and cereal. Overall it was a good stay
