From California property is clean updated and nice. Area seems sketchy but nothing happened so I guess it’s okay. Near falls and kinda near the cave!

Best place and just a couple miles outside the busy city. We just needed a place to sleep. Great breakfast. Everyone was friendly.

The people were friendly and were trying but appeared new and not very knowledgeable. It took about 10 min. to check-in and we didn't get our room keys for about 30 min.. The coffee maker and the clock radio/alarm in the room didn't work, nor did the T.V. in the breakfast area.
We will give them the benefit of doubt and stay again but if there is no improvement, we will look elsewhere.

I've stayed here several times. It's clean and staff is friendly and helpful. It's also convenient to shopping and dining along with being very affordable.

I think is a good option for people visiting the area. The room is well maintained. There is always parking available, and the area is very quiet.
I didn't like the key card to enter room as sometimes didn't work and we had to go back to the reception area to get it fixed a few times. Also, I needed to add a night to my stay, and they said I had to do a reservation using *******. I believe they should be able to add a night from their computer, especially when they said they have availability but instead I had to do another reservation.

2 story motel feel: no elevator! No freezer. Very inconvenient to bring luggage upstairs with neck problems

Water fountain in hallway was filthy, one member of the staff I tried to talk to couldn’t speak English to communicate a problem with the tub drainage and toilet clogged. The chairs and bed in the room were very uncomfortable, the desk chair was broke to where I almost fell backwards in it.

Check in was quick and easy and the staff were all so kind and polite. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh.
