Everything and everyone was amazing. I’m usually a Marriott person but I am definitely changing after this trip.

This is the 2nd home 2 home I've been at that I have been bit by fleas, didn't experience the last few times but wow 2 different locations and sane problem fleas, can't relax on sofa when getting bit by fleas. Very sad coming from a Hilton property or partner. The fleas are makingvthe stay miserable.

The room is comfortable and has all you need in a suite, with a complete kitchen, everything was very clean.
However, the staff is a problem. The night before my check-out I asked about a late check-out and I was told that I should ask the next morning but that the hotel was not busy so it shouldn't be a problem. The next morning, a different person at front desk told me that the hotel doesn't offer late check-outs. Not only that, 15 minutes before the check-out time someone just opened my room door to tell me that I had 15 minutes to check-out. No phone call, no knocking on the door, they just unlocked and opened it.

The rooms were dirty. The beds seemed to have used sheets as we found hair in all the beds. The pull-up bed had a dirty Gatorade bottle under it and crumbs on it

The staff was pleasant, most organized breakfast that I've seen in a long time, Need more options for meat products.
You will need a car for area, traffic heavy/four lanes.
Only issue with room : ants called front desk the brought spray, cleaned counters
Next day same issue. Did not over to move, comps I did mention on check out.

Clean, modern, well-lit, airy and comfortable accommodations. I appreciated the firm mattress (no backache in the morning!), walk-in shower, comfortable sofa, ample work space, storable dining table, refrigerator, microwave, TV with streaming services, and all the other nice touches found in my room and throughout the hotel including complimentary coffee throughout the day and a hot breakfast. Plus, check in and check out was quick and easy. This was my second time staying at a Home2Suites and I will definitely be booking future stays at this hotel chain again.

Everything was first rate. Staff was friendly, and the King Suite was clean and spacious.
