No one to talk to about issues. Toilet would not flush. Phone to call did not work. They said to dial 0 if a problem but phone didn’t work.

In was a nice clean, comfortable , and fresh smelling room. All the lights were very bright uo on the ceiling with no soft lights to get ready to rest by. Also i had to dragmy big bag up stairs since there was no elevator.
I particularly didnot like the zoom call check in. The guy was nicd enough, but electronics make it hard to understand and just felt wrong. Brakfast was a good experience

Excellent value for money, for a comfortable nightstay. My room was recently renovated. Breakfast was average, missing dairy products and eggs. Unusual check-in process done remotely through a screen. Overall very good night stop

Check in was very unique……I was speaking to a virtual assistant via a tablet. No staff to be seen anywhere. Felt like a ghost town. Wasn’t sure who was a guest and who just walked up. Breakfast had zero protein…..no peanut butter, cream cheese or even hard boiled eggs. Room itself was fine and clean except saw a couple of bugs. You get what you pay for.

My car was hit at the hotel parking during the night and the hotel did nothing to help us in finding out about the person that did it. As it was on Sunday morning that we found about the hit and run, the front desk person told us that the manager would call us within 2 hours. None called us back. On Monday I called again and was told that they needed sheriff authorization to look at the cameras recordings, but we were already back home. So, if you can afford it DO NOT stay at this hotell, it's not worth it the 50 dollars that you would save. Just get a hotel that stands behind their customers.

Our room 224 seemed to have some crown molding missing, perhaps last hurricane had roof leaking＜ Mattress was too soft.

It's an old Best Western style motel, 2 floors of direct, outside entrance to each room. Sorely in need of renovation. Checking in and out is via a kiosk, interacting with a person working remotely. The only staff we saw were cleaners and someone stocking the breakfast room. 1 fruit (apples), no yogurt, all other was muffins, waffle, cereal.
