Nice hotel in great location with direct access to the beach and local restaurants. Service was OK, the team always seemed to be trying hard to deliver best possible service, only exception was at the Breeze Cafe during the daytime where the lady really appeared to lack interest in being at work. Wonderful pool area which was surprisingly busy and good atmosphere watching the Fifa World Cup on tvs at the bar. Room was OK, good facilities. Only criticism was door lock to balcony didn't work and there was a horrendous smell on first day - like a dead animal or wet carpet?. I left the balcony door open whilst in the room to air it out which seemed to resolve it.

A particularly good beach hotel. Hilton has always been the first choice for staying in the hotel. Hotel rooms to hotel facilities, as well as hotels. Health services. It makes people feel. Value for money.

There was lots of construction but the Westin was amazing! The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was comfortable and great view!

My review is a little late but My husband and I with our 2 kids, stayed at the W and we had a great experience. We were there the last week of July. We stayed for 8 days. The hotel is beautiful, very upscale. Lots of amenities. From when we checked in, everyone was super nice. We had a great view of the beach from our Balcony. We stayed on the 21st floor and our floor was very quiet. Our room was very clean, always smelled good as soon as you would walk out of the elevator into the hallways. Hotel was very clean. Our room was always serviced. The room was super nice. Great access to the beach. Valet service was great, everyone was super nice. We did not eat at the hotel though because it was pretty pricey. Overall we had a great experience and definitely would return back to the W in the future.

I took my daughter on a mother daughter trip. We stayed only 1 night. The hotel staff went above and beyond. They were so incredibly helpful! They allowed us to check in early the day we arrived and even allowed a late checkout the following day! They were so helpful getting the free bike rental, even brought a toothbrush to my room when I realized I had forgotten mine. Amazing staff. This hotel was cute, very close to the beach and not to far to get to shops. We didn't have a carso we walked or rode bikes everywhere. It's an older hotel, the floors have not been updat, but the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

If you are looking to stay at one of the best places in Ft. Lauderdale- look no further. This Hilton lives up to its name between the cleanliness of the rooms, halls, pool, lobby and spa. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always smiling. We were greeted and welcomed back every time we came and went wether it was by car or on foot. They did have some elevator issues during our time there, but were fixed rather promptly and did not put a damper on our stay. The location couldn’t have been better for us. Across the street is the beach and if you make a right down N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd and walk about 15-20 mins you will hit some of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at. Live music every night and more outdoor dining then I’ve ever seen, it just makes you feel so alive! We recommend Spazio, it’s a bit further down the ***** but we went back twice it was so good. There’s a CVS not too far from the hotel on that same ***** that has any essentials you may have forgotten or if you’d just like some snacks/alcohol. My husband and I got a couples massage in the Hilton’s Spa, it was fantastic! We ate breakfast at Ilios (inside the hotel on floor 6 by the pool) the food was to die for. They have outdoor, indoor and at the bar dining. A few side notes, parking is expensive ($20ish a day) and I believe it’s valet only. The resort fee includes two bottles of water a day, two free hours for their bikes, yoga in the morning and you get beach chairs and towels. Umbrellas are an extra charge of $25 which is very expensive to me unless you really would like to be on the beach for hours. We only found ourselves using the beach chair services so the resort fees were a bit of a waste of money to us, but for how immaculate this Hilton is, it didn’t bother me. Last thing, I wanted something with a balcony so I booked the Ocean view. I was very happy with that but it was only a partial view so if you’d like a full blown view I think you need to book an ocean front. Overall, extremely happy with everything and I promise you Hilton & Fort Lauderdale, we will come back and see you soon!

Still the kind of hotel I like, but I booked the pier view room of the main building before, but I didn't know that the person who arrived at the front desk said that it was changed to the room in the deputy building. I didn't know what was wrong in the middle, because the room in the main building was confirmed by the reservation again and again and the customer service. But when I checked in, I was ruled by the hotel brother and went to the deputy building. . . The overall environment of the hotel is still OK, 40 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes by taxi to the beach, and it is very convenient to leave the cruise terminal. The hotel will provide a car to the pier for 6 dollars. If you do a cruise, booking a hotel must be a good choice. The surrounding dining and supermarket are also more convenient. Overall is OK

Good location, there is a supermarket near the mall, walking to the beach in ten minutes. If you are staying in Fort Lauderdale for a long time, it is recommended to stay. For in-house facilities, the price is slightly higher than similar hotels.
