The pool was closed. Only one elevator was working. We were visiting Florida in January and my children wanted to swim in the pool but we were not made aware of the closure until we got there.

Great staff. They were friendly and accommodating. Room was nice and comfortable, easily accessible to many stores and restaurants. The shuttle service from the airport and to Port Everglades was easy. It could not have been any better for us. I will gladly stay here again if the opportunity comes.

When making the reservation, was trying to get close to the port for a cruise.. Duh, not realizing since they were close they had shuttles to the port. That was a nice bonus! The place was very convenient to shopping and different restaurants. The down side was the pool was closed for repairs and the one out of two elevators was broken.

Bed very comfortable, shower excellent water pressure, good proximity to cruise port, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast,hotel decor circa 1960’s (time for an update)

This trip was absolutely awful. Only one working elevator for everyone in the hotel which caused backups for upwards of 20-30 minutes JUST FOR THE ELEVATOR. No working pool either. This made what could be my grandmothers final trip, bc of terminal cancer, an absolute nightmare of worry and mishandling. Plus, the associates at the desk double charged me while I never signed any papers or even a receipt and the only purchase I authorized and was shown was a $35 deposit.

We were disappointed pool was shut down January 1 - 15, 2024. Elevator was slow. Second elevator
was being renovated and it's going to take 5 months according to workman working inside elevator.
Otherwise, the hotel is very nice. Good morning breakfast. Fantastic front desk folks. Easy to get shuttle to seaport and/or airport.

Dinner menu offerings are few. Shuttles provided by outside contractor. Airport shuttle is $6 per person. Cruise port shuttle is $9 per person. Room is ok.

Stayed for 1 night before our cruise. Close to cruise port. Hotel is outdated, not worth what we paid. So many other hotels to choose from in the area. Breakfast was nothing special.

Checkin was smooth, shuttle from airport didn't work out as they didn't respond to call as we were instructed to do. Breakfast was pretty busy, no coffee available for a bit. Room was comfy and spacious.
