Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Collins

Clean well staff d property. Big room, full fridge. Good location. Good parking. Good laundry. 1. Bad mattresses on beds. Too soft for us. 2. Breakfast food was not hot enough.

Wonderful stay at Home2Suites. Very nice facility with a good location. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast area, although food choices were a bit limited. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator too.

Staff, gave me different directions for things that I needed. Weekend staff was not as informed as weekday staff. Breakfast service again was great on the weekdays, but the weekends were not as clean and efficent. Sometimes they didn’t even turn the lights on over your area. Pool… was dirty. The white sides had built up, scum on it. Very disappointing for the amount of money and the reputation they have. Maintenance came to my room 3 times to fix didn’t stuff. Cleanliness in the room was awesome. Maid service was very efficient. Wan’t able to use my electronic access to areas on my phone. Staff told me there was nothing they could do. Why offer it?

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would only recommend more fresh fruit as a breakfast option.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, and our room spacious and inviting! We had to get on the road by 8:45am, so I had only wished the pool was open at 7am. I used the bicycle instead.

The staff was excellent, the front desk was enthusiastic, kind, and helpful. But the property is in desperate need of refurbishment. It is cavernous, with dimly lit hallways, worn carpets, bedsheets so thin and worn that it was difficult to tell if they were clean. The place feels institutional and devoid of character, in stark contrast to the Hampton Inn (another Hilton property) where we stayed the next night in Denver.
