I have only two positive situations in relation to the stay: - The massage and sympathy of the restaurant staff. But I started by the start of the stay ..... I booked a romantic package at 2 and what happened ? 1 - Just at the hotel entrance, at the reception I was received by a very sympathetic collaborator, but that next had a ...what I can tell you that he hasn't done to be receiving Guests !! 2 - The package included massage, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, romantic dinner at 2... 3 - I was told that dinner was Buffet !!! I complained and the receptionist lady, badly faced still tells me ” If you want I can take your dinner to the room??? If you want???? So I didn't pay for a different experience and ask me what if I want??? I'm in the room and I have to walk behind the table to connect the AC, you have no phone, you have no simple chairs to sit on the balcony. I went to the pools and the Turkish bath? and the sauna? The 4-star hotel has nothing, and for the price I paid it certainly gets better. I don't know I like when I don't like it and as I said at the beginning with taking the massage and The sympathy of the restaurant staff the rest has to change and much !! Starting with the bad face of the receptionist I assure you that if I hadn't paid before, I would have gone Everybody needs to work , But we must be careful with the face of the hotel, the hotel is the people, and that lady at the entrance needs a lot of training.
