非常好的體驗，臨時訂房，房間內飾乾淨，客房安靜，清新整潔，衞生洗漱用品都有。。。。非常理想

One of my worst experiences. Less than insufficient. The hotel could use a lot of updating, in terms of furnishings and mentality. Going up to the rooms with the stairs (first floor) I come across a trolley with sheets covered with a very dusty cloth. Proceeding towards the room I notice that almost all the doors are peeling. the room is quite spacious, but on the small balcony there is an ashtray full of cigarette butts. I kindly ask reception to clean it up. The request will remain a dead letter. The shower has a handle that risks getting stuck in the hand, the taps are rusty. The bed stinks. And it stinks a lot. Falling asleep is a challenge, despite the use of perfumes, deodorants... The smell is of vinegar. Stay. The TV has faded, sepia-toned images; despite the attempt to restore color they remain like this. In the morning no buffet but a small tray with two sandwiches, hood, 2 slices of cheese and one of cold cuts. I embezzle two yogurts. I wash it all down with jug juice (good). I tell everything at reception by answering the question "did you have a good stay?". The employee writes something down on a yellow post it. I say goodbye and collect the car from the free internal parking (the only positive note). Ah... payment required upon arrival at the hotel, first thing. I won't be returning.

Decent hotel, fairly clean. Good location, in a quiet area, the center can be easily reached on foot. The staff upon check in showed friendliness and kindness. Assigned superior room at the price of the standard, which is appreciated. At breakfast time, however, the service was hasty, hasty and not at all welcoming.

I booked this hotel because it was with mirabilandia. The hotel is conveniently located, and has internal parking, large room with improved cleanliness (found ants in the shower and foreign hair), comfortable bed, limited breakfast which is not satisfactory in my opinion, friendly staff. Good value for money at the agreement with mirabilandia.

Convenient internal parking, not large but acceptable room, comfortable bathroom with shower, good breakfast without fuss, good general cleaning. The only flaw is the acceptance with staff a little distracted and not perfectly presentable.

Freddo glaciale nelle camere, assenza di riscaldamento centrale e aria condizionata solo fredda! Assenza di tovagliette sui tavoli da colazione per risparmio come in convento!Frigorifero vuoto! Arredo camera minimale con solo una seggiola ed un panchetto! Da non consigliare!!

Posto in posizione strategica (poco distante dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria) si presenta con una hall accogliente e personale sorridente ed educato. Colazione con buone proposte, fresche e varie. Camera sufficientemente grande e riscaldata. Affaccio su corte interna trascurata e disordinata come tutte le corti interne tra i vari edifici. Rubinetteria dura da azionare a causa del calcare, doccia sufficientemente confortevole, mancavano i 2 cuscini aggiuntivi del letto, armadio a giorno (non lo preferiamo). Pulizia...NI...i soliti capelli/peli nelle lenzuola ed il copriletto non profumatissimo e qualche traccia di sporco vicino i comodini...cose viste purtroppo in tutti gli hotel di questa categoria. Nel complesso una valida sistemazione per soste occasionali di passaggio, lavoro, ecc...

Trovato perché convenzionato con Villa Serena, struttura sanitaria di Forlì. Scelto perché vicino alla stazione (a piedi 10’). La struttura è un po’ “datata”, ma tutto sommato è un’ottima situazione per alloggiare in Forlì. Colazioni abbondanti e buone. Servizio gentile e preparato. Da segnare in agenda. Tornerò!
