Hôtel charmant, hôtel familial .
les chambres sont très propres, l'hôtel est décoré avec goût. L'ambiance est reposante.
Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet, la nourriture servie est de qualité et très varié.
Tout le personnel est très aimable et serviable .
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, je recommande !!!

Soggiorno singolo per una notte in una camera due metri per tre. Bagno piccolissimo e con una doccia che nemmeno nei peggiori spogliatoi degli stadi. La notte un vero incubo, stanza non insonorizzata e visto l’ingresso della stanza in un piccolo corridoio con altre stanze unite ed a faccia strada i rumori facevano da padrone. La ciliegina sulla torta la colazione, se devi andare via presto non la puoi fare siccome con tanta calma prima delle 8 non apre.

Diciamo che non è tutto oro quello che luccica!! Infatti mi è stata prenotata questa vacanza dai miei figli e relativi compagni dopo aver visionato il sito dell'hotel. Premetto che conosco abbastanza bene Ischia nella specie Forio e conseguentemente i vari Hotel, ma devo dire che Villafranca necessita di una solida ristrutturazione, accurata manutenzione e pulizia, per quest ultima mi riferisco all'esterno veramente trasandato e sporco (Tavoli di plastica una volta senza altro bianchi ma ora grigi) con tovaglie di carta sporche, cuscini e sedie sporchi sia in giardino che in piscina, quest'ultima sorge attaccata alla strada sempre trafficatissima, con stuoie di paglia ormai nere, bordo piscina con feritoie completamente sporche e comunque da ristrutturare anche la Pavimentazione. Per la camera non posso lamentarmi, pulita, altra cosa non molto invitante é il fatto che la colazione a buffet era con un guardiano che controllava quante cose prendevi (torte della casa molto buone) ed ultimo la piscina interna pubblicizzata sul sito è chiusa da diversi anni!!! Un'altra cosa positiva l'esterna gentilezza della proprietaria, completamente differente dalla signora guardiano del buffet. Quindi sarebbe meglio ristrutturare e poi mettersi sul mercato.

Scrivo questa recensione a nome di un numerosissimo gruppo sportivo che ha soggiornato presso questo hotel in occasione del Memorial di judo dedicato ad Adriana Serpico. Tutto il personale gentilissimo e dedito al 100% ad accontentare i bisogni dei clienti,stanze pulite (compresa biancheria da letto e da bagno),servizi igienici con box doccia,frigobar e clima presenti nella stanza. Colazione dalle ore 8.00 alle 10.00 composta da cornetti,torte fatte in casa,yogurt,marmellate,affettato,succhi di frutta e caffetteria servita al momento…tutto di buona qualità. Piscina grande e tenuta bene,con lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti. Gazebo con tavolini presente nello spazio esterno dell’hotel. Market fornito di tutto presente di fronte all’hotel è fermata bus a 50 mt. Tre stelle tutte meritate… Un grazie speciale alla signora Rosa che ci ha accolto,facendoci sentire come a casa,mettendoci a disposizione tutti i confort dell’hotel per far star bene i nostri ragazzi.

Quando credi che la disponibilità e la cordialità spetta a tutti gli abitanti di questa splendida isola,ti sbagli,quando incontri albergatori,i pseudo tali,villa franca di forio 3 stelle,un realtà non fatevi ingannare,le camere sono sporche e maleodoranti,le lenzuola non ne parliamo ma soprattutto non chiedete di fare colazione prima delle 8 di mattina,anche se il traghetto parte la mattina presto loro ti faranno pagare la colazione senza effettuare il servizio e senza venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente,una sola notte è stata sufficiente per non mettere mai più piede in questa struttura,pessima.
