I stayed for a week with my wife and children. We were surprised on how good this hotel is. Fully recommended.

My stay was enjoyable. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was convenient, breakfast was good, my room was clean and quiet and the reception staff was friendly.

Mixed feelings Very large room with good space for a family of 6. Beds were comfortable. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels. Breakfast items would run out before breakfast end time. Staff lacked friendly smile and courtesy. One major issue that ruined our sleep is as follows. Before checking in, I called the hotel receptionist in the evening and requested a pedestal fan for our room. She confirmed that she has put a note for the night shift as we were going to checking around midnight. When we checked in, upon reminding the night shift receptionist acknowledged and brought a fan out for us. All went well and we went to sleep. However at 7am next morning our room phone started ringing. It disturbed our sleep since we had slept late due to late arrival. Begrudgingly I picked up the phone. On the other end the morning receptionist started yelling at me without any explanation and claimed that the fan belonged to the laundry and that I have to return the fan immediately. He made it sound like it was our fault. I tried to reason with him but he would not budge. He said he was going to send someone immediately to pick up the fan. However, even after waiting for 1 hour, no one showed up. This incident messed up our sleep big time which we very much needed. The fan stayed with us for the length of stay and no one bothered again and no one apologized either for such rude awakening. Hope the management addresses this issue.

Great for a quick stay. I didn’t know that there was a fee to park a car. I thought that was odd, but otherwise all good.

Beds are clean and comfortable. Full size refrigerator. I love the amount of storage the rooms have. You can put everything away so is out of your way. Lots of ports to charge your electronics. Nice location as well.
