I stayed for a week with my wife and children. We were surprised on how good this hotel is. Fully recommended.

Nice stay

I stayed in room 319 6/7-6/8 and report to front desk that I killed a roach in the bathroom. When I went to report to the front desk they told me they would send housekeeping to confirm after I already told them I had pictures. The next day I tried calling but was told the manager Christine Rivera was in a meeting and wanted me to send the pictures to her email because she was unaware of incident, even though I said something amongst checking out and calling that same day. Now it is 6/10/26 and still nothing from staff or manager apologizing or making an accommodation. Worse traveling experience as far as cleanliness and staff communication. Great way to end my vacation!

The room was clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was wonderful and the kitchen was good.

I was hospitalized day 2 out 4/5 nights and unable to make it for rest of the stay. Ask for a refund for the rest of the days I couldn’t make it and they refused to do a partial refund

I think at night they kept just one person. Not helpful when you have lots of people. We needed a crib, there was none, needed bedsheets, I had to pick them up at the front desk….

Stayed here overnight before leaving the country. Convenient to airport. Free shuttle. Clearly stated on website that shuttle is not available after 5. Arrived into Miami after 5 so had to get Uber to hotel from airport. Did utilize free shuttle back to airport. Breakfast was good. There was a great Mexican restaurant within walking distance that we ate.
