Comfort Inn

The people are friendly and the location is good. The main areas of the hotel are clean but my room smelled like mildew. I was there for a week and couldn’t get housekeeping. They’re supposed to clean on the 3rd day but when I came back to my room that evening it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for housekeeping and was told they would do it the next day. They didn’t.  I can understand spacing out housekeeping but going a week is gross.  I also thought I was coming down with a cold when I was there but within an hour of leaving my symptoms were gone. I think I was reacting to mold or mildew in the room.  I will not stay there again.

The room was not very clean. Didn’t look like anyone had vacuumed behind the beds and end table in a long time. Carpet was old and also was not vacuumed next to the walls or furniture. The room had an old sitting chair which didn’t fit in the room and was very worn out with what looked like paint or plaster on it. The bathroom floor also had paint on it. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Furniture is old and outdated,definitely an older hotel which is fine but needs to be updated. The pool looked very nice, didn’t have time to use it. I was impressed with the breakfast, was very good. When I checked out I told the gal about my issues and she agreed to come back to the room. She agreed it was not acceptable, the staff was very polite. It was late at night and the price was right but I won’t be staying at Comfort Inns in the future.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms offered coffee, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, mini-fridge. However, the double beds (not queens) were very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The curtains on the windows were partially broke and the bathroom door did not latch. In the morning I didn’t have a lot of hot water when taking a shower. Overall a disappointing place to stay.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, pool and hot tub were pleasant. The breakfast served was way above what was expected, Eggs, sausage, Biscuits and gravy, waffles, assorted breads, yogurt and of course coffee and juice.

Delightful check in staff, very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and location worked great for our weekend reservation & near local restaurants. Very nice breakfast, coffee & water available in lobby area all day.

Staff was friendly, but the quality of the rooms were poor. Breakfast could have been better. The pool was over chlorinated.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was really outdated and dirty. There was no elevator. Extremely noisy during the night.

Room 109 at 62 degrees when walked in at 8:30pm. Door jam has inch gap between door jam and door. Stuffed towel to fill crack. Plug in behind tv a mess. Had to move plugs to get fridge started, and corner lamp. Wasnt easy to do.

Friendly front desk staff. Decent room and nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast eggs and sausages could use some improvement.
