Courtyard Sacramento Folsom

Our experience when at the hotel was good. Although as someone who spent over a week in this hotel, I feel that having to pay for parking and not having complementary breakfast is a downfall for us, considering how much is spent. In the future, we will spend more time looking around to see what better options we have although the location was perfect.

My wife and I needed a hotel room for an Easter visit with our family. When in the area we always try to stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Folsom. It’s close to our kid’s homes, there’s plenty of places to eat and shops are nearby. Nick at the front desk always remembers us and this visit he provided an upgrade to a balcony room, waived the parking fee and gave us two water bottles. He’s one of the reasons we stay s Nick because of his professional and friendly manner in how he conducts his job. Thanks Nick and see you again soon.

I will never stay there again. 1st you have to pay $12 a day to park while staying at the hotel. 2nd , no carts for luggage, i had to make 3 trips to my car to bring up luggage. 3rd you want coffee in the lobby you have to pay for it, no comp anything. 4th, TV kept going black every 5 minutes. 5th, tried to call front desk, phone cord kept falling out.

Good place to stay. But paying $12 for parking is unreasonable. These suburban areas should have free parking with stay.

This hotel was great, and the staff was extremely helpful. Check-in was fast, the room is clean, and this location is wonderful. Lots of restaurants close by.

Room had weird smell. Upstairs guest stomped all night and early morning. Waited for hours for towels on second night …parking was more expensive than ******* noted and charges for parking unnecessary expense with tax.

Staff is great other than no one told me I was going to be charged $12 for parking. 1) parking sucks there. 2) the charge is a joke when you can parking almost as close for free. Not once did I see security either. Purely a greedy money grab

The room was beautiful and the area was in a well lit place I left another hotel to come here and it was the safest decision that I have made.
