This was a great stay for a large group! There was enough room for a group of 10 to stay comfortably. The communication from the owners was great! In addition, the property was right across the street from the beach and in such a great location. Highly recommend!

House was perfect for us! Well equipped, spacious, comfortable beds and great location. None of us wanted to leave! Will definitely book a stay in the future. Adults and teens all enjoyed the game room.

Pretty much perfection. Note: the Keurig stopped working and the Mr. Coffee had one overflow issue, one of the kitchen trash cans needs to be replaced, foot pedal dose not work and the leather recliner next to the suede one would not close back up until we manipulated it. The house was very comfortable, clean and kept up. The host seemed detail-oriented which was great. We had a very relaxing week in the house. Loved the screened-in porch. It was a great place for morning coffee or late afternoon visiting or reading. The house was a very short walk to the beach.

Great location, just a couple of hundred feet from the beach. This place is not fancy, but is fantastically located near the 10th East beach entrance and has 5 bedrooms that can fit a lot of people--perfect for our family reunion.

Family staying for Charleston wedding A group of 10 adult family members stayed for a long weekend for a wedding in Charleston. The house was great for our needs - plenty of room, plenty of parking, close to beach, easy to get to Charleston.
