HTO15332 - Rudding Park

Friendly staff, got shown to our pitch, gated entry so you know not anyone can just come in and out. Outside heated pool was a massive hit with my two children especially when it was sunny outside. Shop onsite which sells the little bits you might of forgotten. They had a little Pizza Hut, bar/restaurant which did bingo for all the family and then a quiz night so all ages could get involved. They sold ice cream in the shop and near the swimming pool which the kids loved. Big park for the kids to play! Would definitely recommend! Only negative, well not negative just to be prepared, was the pitches were very slanted back legs of the caravan were maxed and the front of the caravan were nearly on the floor.

Had a lovely 2 night stay with friends to celebrate our birthdays. We booked a spa break and dinner at 52 one evening. We were lucky to be upgraded for our rooms and were given some Prosecco which we enjoyed a lot! Everyone is so friendly and helpful in the hotel and spa and I will enjoy going again Dinner at 52 was a highlight, it was great trying to guess what we were going to get next and getting a couple of songs added to the playlist. I can’t wait to go again

We celebrated a birthday by purchasing a dinner, bed and breakfast package at rudding park. We were surprised that in orde to access the rooftop spa, you had to pay £60pp for two hours. This would have been more palatable had there been no swimming lesson in the pool which meant if two people wanted to do lengths, it meant the pool was full. This was a Tuesday afternoon too, not a weekend. For a hotel that prides itself on its spa, yet alienates overnight guests was extremely frustrating. Also, an 11am checkout for a premium priced hotel was disappointing. There was little time left in the morning to enjoy the facilities. Dinner at the clocktower was ok and we had a voucher which was enough for a starter and a main. The staff throughout were absolutely brilliant. The grounds are stunning and the room was brilliant (Nespresso, bath & rain shower, evening turdown etc). However, we were charged a service charge for dinner and a hotel resort fee. This was extremely disappointing considering the fact we paid £300 for a room. It should not be the responsibility of the guests to pay the staff properly at this price point. We won't be staying overnight again. But a day spa package instead as the overnight offering is horrendously overpriced.

A hotel that truely deserves every good review it gets! We have just returned from celebrating my husband's 40th birthday and Rudding Park has exceeded all expectations making the occasion so special and memorable. Every single member of staff showed positivity, friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay, and all of the extra touches and generosity to enhance our stay did not go unnoticed. A fine example of the best of British hospitality. We literally could not fault a single thing. Thankyou so much.

Go to Rudding Park and you will be well looked after by all the members of staff. The time passes quickly because there is so much to do.
