Because the hotel is an old-fashioned building, there is no elevator and no sound insulation. At night, people can hear people going up and down the stairs.

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated. Great view from our bedroom. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend. We will be visiting again in the very near future, hopefully for more than one night!

Beautiful hotel with great comfortable rooms. Great sea view in the room we stayed in. Rooms are decorated to a great standard with modern bathrooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location as it is in walking distance to folkestone central station, high street, mermaid beach and sunny sands beach. This was my first visit to folkestone and will definitely be returning.
