Only stayed for 1 night, everything was perfect, lovely room and good facilities, would definitely stay again.

Very good. Downstairs is the living room, and upstairs is the bedroom. I really like it.

The apartment was perfect for us we stayed for one week. Very clean , comfortable bed and fresh linen. We asked for 3 cleans and was very good.The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests . We will definitely be booking again . Perfect .

This is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

Do not stay in room 0106. The air conditioner is broken; there's no heat at all. I had to get up in the middle of the night to cover myself with a down jacket, which made it difficult to sleep all night. The water in the bathroom sink and kitchen is cold; there's no hot water.

The hotel is excellent. I only stayed here for two days this time, but I would like to stay longer next time. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy anything you need, and there is a minibus station not far away where you can take a minibus to the city center.

Overall, Juglans Suites is particularly suitable for travelers who value privacy, want to cook their own meals, and seek a relaxed vacation pace.

The hotel is in excellent condition, the room is new, nothing is falling apart. All appliances are in excellent working order, washing machine powder and dishwasher detergent were provided. Air conditioners in each room work perfectly and are quiet. The plumbing is like new, the shower has excellent pressure at any time of day, and there's no shortage of hot water. Our room was on the ground floor with its own small terrace surrounded by greenery, so you can't be seen from the outside. Friendly staff, 24-hour reception. Don't worry if your flight is late; they'll be waiting for you. The hotel's location is excellent: the beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away, a dolmush stop is nearby, and the city center is 30 minutes away. The Migros supermarket next door is open until 11:00 PM, and across the street is the Makrocenter supermarket (which has a better selection than Migros). The hotel is located on a quiet street, so there's no noise at night. The only downside is that swimming in the pool is prohibited after 8:00 PM, which is strange, as the pool is nice and new with night lighting, so perhaps that's the norm.

A fantastic hotel! The surrounding area has excellent facilities, including restaurants, supermarkets, and a beach! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and both the small pools in the villas and the large public pool are great. The kids and adults had a wonderful two days here. The rooms have a full set of kitchenware, and there's a supermarket next door where you can buy groceries and cook to satisfy your Chinese cravings. Also, I must say the receptionist was beautiful and friendly!

I would definitely recommend it; it's great for families. For a similar stay, you would probably pay over 150 euros in America or Europe. It's a very successful hotel in terms of price-performance ratio.

The rooms are very clean and the windows on the ceiling provide good lighting. The living room is large with floor-to-ceiling windows and two large sofas. The TV also has many entertainment options and the service attitude is also very good.

I'm quite satisfied with it, but it's a bit remote. It's by the Mediterranean Sea. I think it's very quiet and comfortable. I'm just a little scared to live alone haha ​​😂
