It is very nice location. But breakfast is so so. Doesn't have too many options.

My room was on the second floor of the building. It was noisy because apparently there is an event location beneath it and people laying at the pool had direct visability into my room.  I requested a king bed but got instead two single beds. Breakfast was ok but highly frequented. So not exactly a calm place. Coffee was not my sense of taste and quality. No questions had been asked during checkout about any feedback.

Not really a 5 star hotel. The room and bathroom need a refreshment.

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

When we got in room it was ok until my wife saw the bed badly done with some signs of the last gest’s back on the linens. They did not changed the linen. The floor was not clean. My wife saw a cockroach coming from behind one cabinet. The person responsible for the fridge went inside the room while my wife was taking shower (without any warning!). When my wife complained for the second time a chambermaid in a very bad mood came saying that my wife could not be sure about the cockroach( What a service !!!!). Later on they send chocolate as bribe but unfortunately my wife is lactose intolerant ( it went even worst).

The hotel is in a good location, right by the sea. There is a large shopping mall next to it.

Hotel below expectations. Old rooms, the keys continually failed and the services they offered were either not there or were in very poor condition.

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel. The room is large and the view of the coast is beautiful. The location is wonderful and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was impeccable. The only thing that left a little to be desired was the acoustics between the rooms, I could hear other guests taking a shower and talking.

Great location! Amazing view of the city, of the seafront avenue. Top!!

The hotel is getting old and should be renovated.

Hotel well located, but old structure and room with a musty smell. Breakfast with hard, dry bread and bland cakes...

The room is spacious with a great view. The breakfast floor faces the coastline. It is a great experience to enjoy the seaside scenery while eating breakfast! There is a large shopping mall within a 3-minute walk, and the beach and sports greenway are across the road. The location is absolutely ceiling-level!
